PlayaGrande Shuttle and Tours was very punctual. They stopped at the rent a car place for us to meet other family members. The service to and from the airport was very easy.

We recently returned from our trip to the beautiful Costa Rica - we used Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours Costa Rica for both pick up from the airport to our resort (approx 1.5 hours away) as well as back to the airport at the end of our trip. The booking process was smooth and the company was extremely responsive. Both trips were seamless from pick up as soon as we left baggage claim at the airport to waiting for us at the front door of our resort to head back home. Both drivers were excellent drivers, very friendly and provided history and information on our rides. We highly recommend this company!

Vehicles were clean. Water and cold beverages were provided. Drivers were friendly and helpful.

We recently used Playa Grande Shuttle for our airport transfers during our trip to Liberia, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Once we exited the Terminal Jose was there waiting for us, easily spotting having someone help us in the crowded terminal and guiding us to the shuttle location spot. His warm greeting and refreshing ice-cold water made our journey to the resort both comfortable and enjoyable.
On our return trip, Donald was my driver, and he was equally as fantastic. Not only was he punctual and courteous, but he also went out of his way to accommodate a quick stop at a surf shop so I could pick up a last-minute gift. His flexibility and willingness to cater to our needs made a lasting impression.
Playa Grande Shuttle exceeded our expectations, and I recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable transportation in the Liberia area.

Van was clean, driver was very courteous and friendly. We struggled to find the van at the airport because there were so many different companies waiting. Going back to the airport our ride was there early. Would recommend this company to others.

We used the shuttle service six times this year. Excellent service! We have used this transportation service, two years in a row and have had no issues whatsoever. Always prompt and on time with big smiles and friendly personalities. Very professional company that I would be happy to use again and again.

I generally like to be in control of the vehicle I'm traveling in, especially on two-lane roads. Since we didn't rent a car for this trip, I had to rely on other transportation. I was very happy with both drivers from Playa Grande Shuttle and Tours. They were great drivers and neither of them took risks that would make me uncomfortable. We had relaxing rides both ways. Thanks!

Our driver was on time, very friendly and helpful with luggage. He spoke very little English but that wasn’t an issue. He was a safe driver and knew where our condo rental was located in Tamarindo.

Fantastic shuttle service. They made it so easy and they're so reliable. The shuttles are new and beautiful, with AC, and both of our drivers were experienced and helpful. We were able to stop at the grocery store on the way to our hotel which was so helpful and convenient. Completely worth every penny!
