First I want to mention that this comment was made to Palo Verde National Park and not for our company. We have contacted the client by sending a message if they had any proof or document that reflected that they did the tour with us and this was their response: Guest reponse: We just had dinner with friends who live in San Jose. Alberto told us we did the wrong tour —- we didn’t know about the birding tours and went all the way to the Palo verde national park. We couldn’t make reservations —- it was VERY primitive. Is this you? Pininos adventures response: Not, you did a tour with someone else and not with us, a lot of companies they do this trip and they call it in different names, so when some one like to book this trip we required in advance the payment, we always pick up people at hotel and we always send a tour guide with the customer. we do appreciate if you delete this review please and if you need any help to dont hesitate in contact me for further question Guest Response: Oh, I'm sorry ... I thought I was reviewing the park, not a specific trip. The park boat trip is awful !! Due to this response, another message was sent indicating that please delete this comment from our profile but the client did not answer us again.
