Newly certified diver, hadn’t been on a dive in a year, was a little nervous at first. Staff there was amazing, made me feel comfortable and safe. We had a great time and 2 awesome dives. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our 2 days of diving with this company. We originally booked in for the Bat Islands to see the Bull Sharks but the owner, instead of taking our money was honest and explained the sightings were sadly few this year. They instead took us to some cool local sites (cheaper) at Las Catalinas where we got to see White Tips, Manta Rays, Nudi's, Octopus, Eagle Rays, Humpback Whales.... the list goes on.
The two days we're professionally run with great equipment, detailed briefings in more than 1 language and logistically everything ran smoothly and we felt very safe. Thanks again TamaDive, we will definitely recommend you.

Thank you for taking your time to leave us this great review. Customer satisfaction comes through honesty, we believe, and therefore we rather make a little less money than "promising" something that most likely won't happen, ie. bull sharks. This year just wasn't a good bull shark year. Let's keep fingers crossed for next year.

We did 2 dives at catalinas islands with Remo. Remo is very professional and kind. He took us to two beautiful dive spots when we saw a lot of fish, sharks and even got lucky to see a huge manta rey. In addition Remo took pictures of the sea life we saw and of us and shared the pictures with us. We definitely recommend Tamadive.

Remo was awesome, couldn't have asked for a better dive. He was super professional, had great stories, and took us to the best dive spots.
We got super lucky with our day, we saw spotted rays, turtles, sharks, and even had a pod of dolphins swim along the boat. What an awesome day

We had a wonderful time, on our two- tank fun dive! We saw octopus, schools of amazing fish, white tip reef sharks and the highlight for me was a couple spotted eagle rays.
It was evident that care and consideration was put into our dive plan. We were well take care of, with all of our equipment attended to, the only thing we had to actually do was relax and enjoy the dive!
Outside of the dive, another highlight was that a horse walked in during our dive briefing in the morning.

On a daily basis we try to have everyone comfortable in and out of the water. The horse stayed with us for a few days but it has found another place to go it seems :). Thank you for leaving us this great review.

We had the most amazing to take dive out of Clasico and rainbow. We saw white tip sharks, different kinds of eels, octopuses, beautiful schools of fish, numerous starfish, and to top off the day we encountered a mother humpback whale with her baby. I could not having imagine a more beautiful day. The weather was perfect and the water was warm.

Una gran jornada de buceo en las islas Catalina y alrededores. Magífica excursión con dos inmersiones en un lugar precioso. Bancos de peces de colores, pulpos, morenas, tiburones de arrecife, langostas... una maravilla. Nunca había buceado sin neopreno, una gozada de agua cálida. Todo muy bién organizado y agradable, muy profesionales, la embarcación y el capitán muy buenos, Franco muy profesional y agradable y qué decir de Fiona, que buceó con mi grupo muy profesional y simpática, un placer bucear con ella. En definitiva un 10, totalmente recomendable.

Hello-
You would have to contact the dive shop for the true answer.
FYI: Depending on what part of the world you are from, to be certified you have to go through a diving course from a recognizable diving company. Here in the states the two major companies to get certified with are PADI and SSI (they are both recognized worldwide). If you got a open water dive certification from either one of those companies, you should be ok.
