Todo el Tour , fabuloso , con Manuel Cabrito, disfrutamos el viaje su compañia su buen profesionalismo, su microbus.
Vimos muchos animales en el tour de los canales de tortuguero y nos llevo a un restaurante con una comida excelente, nos consiguio cervezas vino y pan por aparte.
Si vienen a Costa Rica totalmente recomendado.

My parents and I did something pretty similar to this tour..but it was not the exact tour that is, as described on the website. Our family did experience being out on the narrow canal in Costa Rica. The same gentleman that did the tour guide on the tour bus, he continued his commentary in the passenger boat. The part of this tour that I admired and enjoyed the most was seeing the animals in their own habitat. What I didn’t like the most about the type of tour I experienced was spending a bit too much wasted time finding the animals. Now it’s one thing to see the animals and admire them, it’s another to stay in 1 spot for a good 20 minutes!! That bothered me/ got to me the most. Like what’s the point in being out on the canal if your just gonna float and allowing everyone on the boat to see the animals from a distance?! In the US, we have zoo’s…but obviously not in a country like CR. We spent a bit too much time really enjoying the animals that the captain of the boat zoomed the passengers back to the loading and unloading area. Like he went full throttle!! That I liked but didn’t like that our time was wasted…all due to seeing the animals and allowing everyone to see them. That bothered the most. I personally would not consider this tour in the near future to others. Doesn’t matter if someone is a first timer, a repeat customer or not. Would rather experienced tree top zip lines, a waterfall tour etc.

This was a fantastic cruise excursion with our tour guide Enrique. He was very knowledgeable and wise beyond his years! The canal ride was incredible: cayman, sloths, howler monkeys, and numerous birds. Both Enrique and our driver went above and beyond to help with the wheelchair. The fruit stop was delicious - the best pineapple I have ever eaten.

Nous avons spécialement apprécié notre chauffeur, Mario, qui nous a conduit de façon calme et douce! Trop souvent j’ai mal au cœur avec les conducteurs qui conduisent trop vite et trop brusquement. Avec Mario, ce fut très agréable! Sa personnalité nous a été aussi très agréable!! Merci

We booked the excursion online and as promised, a SYL representative was waiting for us at the exit of the ship with a sign indicating our name. We were immediately taken care of by the representative and a guide was assigned to us, no waiting. We took a tour of the city and then an excursion on the canal, unfortunately we did not see much but the ride was pleasant. Our guide Kandry was very pleasant and very knowledgeable, his English was very understandable and he showed us more than expected. We recommend SYL for all excursions to Costa Rica, very professional and reliable tour operator.

We stopped in Limon for a stop on our cruise. After reading all the reviews I decided I had to book with Syltravel for our tour. We had Enrique and he was wonderful. We saw Limon, did the canal tour, (though it said 1hour we only got 30 mins), visited Playa Bonita, saw the banana farm and tried some amazing treats! I would recommend Syltravel to anyone who is looking for a day tour of Limon. Thank you to Enrique, you were a fabulous guide and we really enjoyed our day with you. The only disappointment would be that we didn't get the whole 1hr boat tour on the canal, though the couple doing the canal tour were super funny, kept us laughing!

We went to Costa Rica on the princess cruise line we took a tour with Syl travel our tour guide was Evelyn Sinclair we just want to thank you for that wonderful tour you gave us we learned so much in such a short while, so we are recommending Syl Travel is the best thank you so much.
