Contraté el tour un par de semanas antes, por lo que el día de la excursion ya se encontraba cancelado el total del valor. Así las cosas, llegó la fecha de la actividad pero sufrí un imprevisto el día anterior, por lo que con pocas ilusiones fui a preguntar si podía cancelar el paseo, a lo que el encargado contestó muy amable y empaticamente que cancelaría la reserva sin problemas y el dinero se devolvería al mes siguiente, tal como luego ocurrió. muchas gracias por la amabilidad.

Rented a kayak for a few hours and everything worked well, with super friendly staff. If you’re looking to explore the canals on your own and enjoy the nature, book a kayak here. I did so because I was too lazy to get up for the guided tour at 6 AM, but I’m sure this would be even better than exploring by yourself

We did an early morning kayaking tour and 10pm turtle nesting tour with Celimo. We all LOVED every minute, even the downpour during the kayaking! Seeing the turtles lay their eggs was a once in a lifetime magic moment for us. Celimo is the best tour guide EVER! Passionate and caring about all the wildlife, vast knowledge and details about the animals. We learned so much! Thank you! We know that bats are Celimo's favourite animals, just to let him know that we visited the bat sanctuary in Monteverde. Beautiful creatures!

Amazing experience with Celimo, despite the pouring rain it was a great atmosphere to be in. A particular highlight was hearing the loud howls of the howler monkeys as we kayaked through the forest in a downpour. Celimo was great throughout, very enthusiastic in showing us his country’s wildlife

Echt een hele leuke trip gehad, Ik had nog nooit eerder gekayaked maar dit was een een hele vette levenservaring. Een hele hoop vette dieren gezien en een hele leuke tour guide!

Ce centre porte bien son nom. Nous avons pris 2 nuits sur place et avons eu ce que nous recherchions: de l'aventure et des émotions. 1er matin à 6h, départ en kayak dans les mangroves durant 3 heures avec un guide très passionnant : Curasso, Caïman, de nombreux oiseaux; Iguanes, tout y était = MAGIQUE.
Dans l'après midi, nous avons marcher dans le parc, sans guide, tout à fait faisable avec de nombreuses découvertes aussi. Pour le 2ème matin à 6h, c'était le fisching tour au programme avec une personnalité du coin: Aligator! Très belle immersion, très belle pèche instructive dans de nombreux petits coins de ce cher Ali.
Mention spéciale pour Emmanuel où l'hospitalité s'associe à son sourire. Merci à lui pour ses services rendus toujours dans la bonne humeur. Pura Vida.

We had an amazing kayak tour with Tortuguero Adventures. A few days before we visited Tortuguero I was in touch with Emanuel. He was amazing! He arranged our Kayak tour and the water taxi that picked us up from La Baula Lodge, and was patient and flexible as I changed the number of people who would be kayaking three times! Once we arrived, Emanuel divided our group into two smaller groups which meant that we were always able to stay close to...and listen to.....our guide. It was a wonderful experience. I am already thinking about going back to Tortuguero and doing another tour with Tortuguero Adventures.

Took us on an amazing 3 hour plus tour. No rush only pura vida.
Taking up close wit the wild life. We saw toukans, Cayman with baby's numerous birds and butterflies.
Have the electric engine was amazing as some canals are not allowed for motor boards this was the perfect company for us.
Just walked over after arriving on the island and made reservations for the next day. Instead of the hotel calling g "their guy" this felt lot more real.
