What about going to Tortuguero is a unique experience. You can not go to Costa Rica without going to this area, if you then take a tour inside the park with the guides of this group make a unique experience. Andres our guide made us discover a world inside the park, many animals and birds that inhabit this habitat, taught us to see and discover with different eyes this wonderful nature still untouched. One cannot but be ecstatic at all this. Thanks again to Tortuguero Adventure for the wonderful experience thanks

We could do the canoe trip spontaneously in the afternoon! Thank you for that!
We had a great trip and could see a lot of animals. We thought it was great that the boats were equipped with an electric motor, so we did not disturb the animals!

We did three activities within one day - the canoe tour, the kayak tour and the night walk. Our guide was Christian - and he was simply amazing. He took it slowly, with lots of patience and time, taking us to really remote places and fantastic wildlife.
We did many guided tours in Costa Rica - this day was the best !!!

We had a very nice tour with Christian and Hector! Amazing what the two of them showed us in animals! They also took more time than advertised for us.

We went with Hector on two different tours and enjoyed them both thoroughly. One was on the water and the other was on the Jaguar Trail. We are avid birders and appreciated his knowledge and patience as we toured.

Our guide Luis took us to the best areas where we could see not only the common birds inside the park, but also alligators, iguanas, monkeys, sloths etc. Not only was the environment beautiful and the sightings but the conversation we started with our guide Luis who gave us an overview of both the park and the country and of course was willing to give us as much information as possible so it was a super recommended experience as a whole.

I did the canoe tour with Jorge during my short but very sweet trip to Tortuguero and it was so much fun. It rained. A lot. But we were prepared with ponchos so it was all good. Jorge was great - super personable, knowledgable and fun. Ironically, I had already met and chatted with him the day before the tour when he answered my desperate plea of “Hablas Ingles?!” and helped me out in a shop in the village, so it was very sweet walking in for the tour and seeing him there! I knew I was in good hands! It’s a long tour as well - 3 hours - but the time goes by very fast. I would highly recommend!

At the beginning of the trip it became clear that the canoe had an electric motor, so fortunately we did not have to row ourselves. We were very happy with this. We have been on the road with Jorge for over 3 hours and have seen a lot of different animals during the trip. Think of birds, caimans, a dolphin, monkeys, lizards etc. Jorge was a fine Guide with a lot of knowledge of nature. We were lucky with good weather, but otherwise there were ponchos available. The trip was soothing and we enjoyed the beautiful nature.

Very satisfied! We (family including 2 kids aged 5 and 8) received large ponchos for the rain and professional binoculars. The Guide had a lot of knowledge about the area. We also did the turtle tour. Different Guide, but again full of passion for nature / wildlife and learned a lot. Recommended!

We stayed in Tortuguero in one of the rooms offered by Tortuguero Adventures. View of the Caribbean Sea, a sloth right next to it and an iguana too… superb! We chose the canoe tour for the family and we had a blast! Really excellent… good explanations and a guide who made us wait a long time in one place to finally see a beautiful anteater climbing a tree!! Magic ! Not to mention the other birds, caimans and Jesus Christ lizards. I recommend !!
