We were planning on a cruise in French Polynesia and looked for a cooking class in the islands before we left and are so glad we did. Audrey and her partner provided the most amazing Polynesian experience through their instruction and our hands-on cooking experience. Local, fresh ingredients from their farm and locally caught fish were used. The menu consisted of traditional recipes from the islands and couldn’t be more delicious. The four of us rated this experience at the top of all we did in these most amazing islands.
Additionally, Audrey was very helpful and accommodating during our booking and helped us in getting to her cooking lab.
The experience is a must for anyone who loves food, learning, and wants a better understanding of the Polynesian culture.

The cooking experience with Audrey and Stevenson was amazing! We spent the morning preparing and learning about traditional Polynesian food. It was such a relaxing way to start the day and we were eager to eat what we prepared. The lunch was so good and even better that we got to sit at the large table with Audrey and Stevenson and the other guests and enjoy the meal and conversation while looking out at the beautiful mountain. We HIGHLY recommend booking this experience as a great way to learn more about the culture and enjoy delicious food!

Absolute Moorea HAVE TO DO list. This experience was so cool, stevenson has a lot of island/culture knowledge and Audrey had wonderful recipes planned for us. The place was open and inviting, their farm was beautiful, easy to drive to. The lunch at the end of the day was one I will never forget, best raw red tuna I have ever eaten. Must check this out!!!

We had such a fantastic time at the Food Lab! The chefs, Audrey & Steveson greeted us with such enthusiasm & big smiles. Preparing & cooking the food was such a delight! And sharing our meal with the chefs was even more fun :) The food & techniques used in cooking a traditional Tahitian meal was an experience like no other. And I loved hearing Steveson's stories of their way of life & culture. Highly recommend doing this while visiting Moorea. Thank you so much Audrey & Steveson for this wonderful experience! A must do when staying in Moorea! Audrey and Stevenson make you feel at home while sharing their knowledge of traditional style cooking and stories of the island! We absolutely loved this hands on experience, working with products we did not know and enjoyed the best meal we had (and made ;)) in Moorea. Make sure you pay them a visit!

Stevenson et Audrey nous accueillent au coeur de la vallée de Paopao. Leur cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Nous apprenons dans une ambiance chaleureuse la gastronomie polynésienne. Nous partageons ensuite les plats sur la terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Un véritable moment d'échange et de partage. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

What an amazing place to have the class. Surrounded by lush forest and crops growing in the fields. Everything we used with the exception of the Tuna was from the garden. The hosts Audry and Stevenson made it fun and enjoyable while preparing fantastic, delicious Polynesian food. They are very Eco conscience and very knowledgable about the islands and Atolls. I would highly recommend this class so you can see a different side of Polynesia.

You must do this! What a fun experience and something totally unique. Learn about Polynesian cooking while creating an excellent meal. And then sit down with your classmates and hosts to enjoy that meal. The hosts are so accommodating. They easily switched between English and French to make us all feel welcome. The experience is relaxed, casual and fun.
I took a ferry from Tahiti, caught a cab right at the ferry dock on Moorea, and was able to easily reach Food&CookLab. I’m hoping I can take my husband here to experience. I did this solo and saw that it is also good for couples and groups of friends.

This was our favorite experience of our whole trip. We loved learning how to make Polynesian dishes the traditional way. The food was delicious, the timing of everything was perfect and we had a wonderful lunch. My 13 and 10 year old loved it. We all loved it!
