    参加了徒步门登霍尔冰川的活动，文字已经不能描述我的感受，（现在）还感觉自己在划着独木舟穿越冰川湖然后转个弯去看冰川顶部。但，冰穴很令人惊叹，好像大自然本身完全是一个大谜团。如果你计划去阿拉斯加，这将是一生难得的体验。我的哥哥和嫂子（也可能是弟弟和弟媳）和我都很感谢我们的导游，好像是叫做马克（不确定）和凯莉，带我们体验了这么棒的冒险。

    难忘的一次旅行，我们的导游也非常的专业，我喜欢这里的室内以及室外的活动滑冰以及远足都非常有意思，我们的导游细心的照料着我们，整个旅途都是沿途旅行的一大亮点，而且我感觉也相当开心，饮料也非常好喝，强烈向你推荐哦

Well run, tons of fun!

Our guides and the tour were amazing! Super knowledgeable and fun. I was impressed by how well run the trip was and how well prepped they were with gear and snacks for us. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mind-blowing experience

This was an excellent experience with a fantastic crew! Guides were super knowledgeable (and funny to boot). Ben and Chris made everyone feel comfortable in the canoe and just had so much knowledge of the glacier. We were really lucky in that we also saw a couple of bald eagles along the way. It's a little sad to see how much the glacier has receded over time but it is still well worth going there and having your mind blown by how much ice there really is. Do the paddling tour -- it's taxing on the arms but the views and how close up you get to the glacier itself is so worth it! Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Awesome day in Juneau
A great way to spend a day in Juneau. Noah and Keanu (spelling - sorry!) were fantastic guides. They are very knowledgeable about the history of the area, the geology and fauna and kept us all paddling along. You will need to paddle! Not kidding. It’s about an hour each way. So worth it though as the glacier is beautiful and the lake is peaceful. Not really a hike- we walked a bit to get closer to the glacier, but it’s really about the canoeing. The trip is very well organized. It was a bit chilly and there was rain on and off, so layer accordingly.

Thanks for joining us on this adventure, Gloria! This is definitely a trip that involves every hand on deck! It is necessary for all members of the canoe to participate in paddling. The views you get from near the glacier are absolutely incredible. We are so happy we helped make your Juneau experience memorable.

Excellent excursion

Kimball Taylor was an excellent guide and gave us an experience to remember! The pick up was timely and despite the rainy weather we were able to get really close to the Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls

No more trek
Top notch company. First class experience from pickup, to outfitting (rain gear), to the quality of the canoe. The unfortunate thing is that there really is no trek anymore. The glacier has receded significantly over the past year. Just a year ago apparently you could land on the beach and walk right onto the glacier. Now the glacier is hundreds of yards away and only there for a photo op. So the trek was all of maybe a 100 yr walk. If you want to trek on a glacier, you need to book a tour with a helicopter landing.

Thank you Edward! We really appreciate your feedback. If you ever come back to Juneau and you're looking for another glacier adventure, you should look into our new Norris trip! This excursion allows for guests to fly out to the Norris glacier via float plane and trek onto the glacier ice. Thanks again!

Outstanding!
Outstanding Experience! Above and Beyond Alaska were wonderful, professional and helpful. Our tour of the glacier was amazing and our Guide Cash was fun, knowledgeable, and passionate in giving us the history of the glacier and the area. This tour was the highlight of our trip to Alaska. We highly recommend Above and Beyond Alaska and our guide Cash.

Amazing tour! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because we were not able to step foot on to the glacier which I feel like was unfortunately a little misleading since we booked this tour to be able to walk/trek on the glacier. Otherwise, all the other details and aspects of this tour were incredible. Our guides were beyond wonderful, the scenery was breathtaking, the company had a bag of snacks/goodies for us around lunch time which was very nice and we were able to take home the water bottle they provided us. I would highly recommend this tour, just know that you may not be able to walk on the glacier because it may not be safe.

Thank you Anissa for your review! The Mendenhall Glacier is receding at a fast pace and due to this we are seeing drastic changes to the surface of the glacier. For this reason, it is not safe to walk on the glacier. We are glad to hear you still had an amazing tour, as it is a remarkable adventure to experience the glacier up close. Absolute Must See

My guides were Paul and Kelsie!

They were amazing! Even when we had people in the group who preferred not to go straight up to the glacier, they were very accommodating and made sure safety was PARAMOUNT throughout the trip. These two don't just deliver a trip, they deliver the trip SAFELY. I was glad to know they both had wilderness responder training, as that is not guaranteed on all tour guides in Alaska or anywhere else.

It was sad to know people aren't allowed on the glacier anymore but you'll be in safe hands!

Best Trip!!

Wow, Wow, Wow! what a day. This tour was awesome. Starting with pickup and the guides Levi and Grant. What awesome young men they are. Both are super knowledgeable, friendly, polite etc (everything a mother would want). It was more strenuous than expected (mainly because the other family on the tour did not really participate in the canoeing). Seeing the glacier was breath taking and fun. The snack packs were perfect and the hot coco was a hit as well. This was a wonderful trip and highly recommend for people who want to do some physical exertion. My family talked about this trip more than any others that we did. Fantastic job!!!!

Incredible view of Mendenhall Glacier

Mendenhall Glacier is incredible. It was sad how much the glacier has retreated just this summer. We were not able to go into any ice caves. We could get close enough to touch the glacier but not where the glacier is blue. Sam and Cheffy were good guides that made the trip fun. A family was almost 30 minutes late to the meeting spot which started the trip late. The van ride to the warehouse is about 30 minutes from downtown. It was nice to get to the warehouse and everything was laid out by name for each participant. The walk in the rainforest was so peaceful. The waterfall is awesome. Overall good experience.
