My wife and I were expecting a leisure ride through the forest. Well our guide let us really experience the carts. I noticed speeds as high as 35 MPH on my cart. It was extremely wet and muddy. It was a blast!!!
Just bring your own rain gear if you don’t want to get muddy!!!

Absolutely fantastic time with Elijah and our ride. I can’t tell you how awesome it was to ride in the rain and through the puddles!!
I am new to driving these types of vehicles and my husband did the first part and I did the second leg and it was amazing!!! It was so worth the time and the only part was the views were not great because of the rain but the rain made the ride amazing!!! Do it!

I would absolutely recommend going with Adventure Karts when picking a tour in Ketchikan. They have a very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable about the area. Liz was super easy to find on the dock! She was be-bopping around with the sign, making it super easy to find, as well as hyping us up on the adventure of a lifetime that we were about to go on.
Once we got out to Adventure Karts, we had a blast. We did have to watch the safety video twice, which was alright but felt overstated and disingenuous when you watch it more than one time (I feel for the employees that have to watch it multiple times a day, day in and day out). Then we got to go drive the Karts, and it was so fun! I'm glad that we went on a day where it had rained the previous night. There were so many puddles and potholes, and we definitely got super muddy! It was a blast! Laughing and big smiles all around. Our guide Sam knew so much about the area, it was crazy! He had so many fun stories to tell about being in the wilderness! I did get a little hungry on the trail, so make sure to bring snacks if you plan on going on this adventure.

Took this tour through the cruise ship. It was loads of fun for the entire family! If over 18 and a valid license definitely have your kids experience this adventure. Our guides Kayla and Cole were fun and funny! Only thing we wished worked was Bluetooth in the vehicle to play our music, otherwise we would do it again!

This was by far my favorite excursion in Alaska! If you’re looking for something different that you’ve never done before and that exceeds your expectations, this is it. But what made it just over the top awesome was JAY, our guide. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and safety cautious. He answered all questions, and yes, had answers to all questions. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience with Haley and the birthday girl Anna! UTVs had bluetooth which was awesome! Based on the price we thought each person would have their own vehicle to drive but we had to share, so was a little disappointing. Overall a fun time!

Polaris RZR’s were in great shape and had a good map screen that showed you exactly where everyone in your group was on trail. I had my wife and 10yr old daughter in the ATV with me. Each of them could be heard multiple times screaming with excitement as we barreled through several pot holes and dirty ditches, or as we went over a drop where they could not see the road. There was plenty of space to mount my GoPro using my gooseneck clamp, I can’t wait to review the footage. My brother had other family members in his car and they all had the same fantastic time we did. There were three stops where we could switch drivers and out guides, Ben and Julie, let us know which stretches were going to be more challenging so we could swap drivers, as well as informing us on the local plants and “cascades” in the area. Thanks Ben and Julie for a great time my family won’t soon forget.

Our tour on the Polaris RZRs during our visit to Ketchikan was exhilarating and filled with beautiful sites. Cole and Sam were great guides and kept the ride fun and safe.

Excellent tour. The razors were brand new got to connect our music and jam out while riding. Mr.Corona our guide was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE we stopped along the way. Definitely learned facts about Alaka. And Tongas forest.

We will be a group of three family members. I understand the Karts are for two people. My son (third family member) would like to have a Kart by himself. We are booking this through our cruise (Princess). I want to make sure that for a group of three people, the third person can have their own Kart and will not be paired with another single rider. Thanks.

We booked thru our cruise ship. So that you will have to look at with your ship or get in contact with the Adventure karts directly if you are not on a ship.
It took us at least 3 hrs as you need to travel on a bus to the site. The actual time in the karts was about 1 1/2 hrs. It was great fun. Well worth the price.
