Cooking Classes

Yohana made this whole experience so fun and welcoming from the very start. Such a bright personality and very happy to answer all of our questions (and tell us where the best ladies nights are at). We had such a great afternoon with her. The food was delicious (some of the best of the whole trip). I would reccomend to anyone! Lots of fun for everyone to get involved with!

Great night, delicious food, happy kids!

This was one of the best experiences we have had in Bali this trip. Yohana was so accomodating. She allowed us to design our own menu for things we knew we would want to cook when we got back home to Australia and also adapted things to suit the fact that we had younger kids and a teenager with us. She got all the kids in the kitchen and they had so much fun. She was a pleasure to have in our villa and we had lots of laughs while we cooked the night away. I would absolutely recommend this for families, Yohana is great with kids and the food was the best Indonesian food we have had to date. Thank you for a great night!

Fun, tasty and authentic.

Yohana came to our villa to do a cooking class with me and my mother.
She had a bright bubbly personality and a great sense of humour which made the conversation flow during the class. She had a great knowledge of food and spices and lots of wonderful stories to tell to pass the time while you waited for the goods to cook.
We cooked curry, rendang and corn fritters. All the recipes were easy to follow and down right amazing.
It was a great way to spend the afternoon.
Great value for money, great recipes and great company.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a fun activity to do while in Bali to do Yohanas cooking class.

I drive in Commercial vehicle I live in Columbus, Ohio and when I didn't have a place to live since I live down on my truck. I stay here at the roadway Inn on and off for years. The staff is very friendly never had a problem with our room everything is when walking distance.

Great Chef, great fun! We learnt a lot and really enjoyed our afternoon. Also used her services for a private dinner.
Yolana was fantastic, easy to book and deal with and made for a great experience for us at the Villa. Also meant did not need to worry about the kids as they just hung by the pool while we cooked.

Fabulously tasty and enjoyable afternoon.
5 stars all the way for Yohana. We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon cooking three of our chosen meals; vegetable fritters (so easy and the taste blew me away), chicken rendang (I learned that rendang is definitely not a curry) and chicken satay (best satay sauce we have ever made!). We would highly recommend Yohana’s cooking class. It’s relaxing and pleasant in the comfort of your own villa and she is incredibly knowledgeable about all the flavours and spices of Indonesia.

Yummy food and an all round good time.

Our experience with Yohana was fantastic! She is very funny and bubbly and made us feel very comfortable as we learnt about some of our favourite Indonesian dishes.
This was a highlight of our trip and will definitely be booking another lesson next time we're back in Bali to learn Yohana's famous Rendang. The corn fritters and satay sauce were my personal favourites!

My best cooking experience

This was one of my best experiences whilst in Bali. Yolanda was amazing and I really enjoyed cooking with her and learning about Indonesian food. Best teacher. I recommend booking with Yolanda. You wont regret it 😊

Incredible cooking class
We had an amazing cooking class with Yohana! She was so accomodating when we found that our stove wasn’t working in the villa came back the following day. The food was INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend to anyone travelling to to Bali 😊

Wonderful experience from the comfort of our villa, Yohana came to us, brought all ingredients. Nil issues at all, was very accommodating to our limited equipment in our villa. Yohana was very engaging and easy to follow recipes. Food was some of the best we’ve had in Bali!!
