GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - This was my second trip with Talkeetna Air Taxi, the first being 15 years ago. They were incredibly accommodating in trying to make sure the experience was as perfect as the weather would allow. We had three days of rain in Talkeetna, but the staff kept working with us to re-schedule our Denali Trip. We were finally rewarded with a perfect day. Not many trip providers are willing to keep re-scheduling to make everything is as great as it can be.

Absolutely phenomenal flight. Our pilot was Chris and he was great. The photos we took are beautiful but do no justice to the breathtaking views throughout the entire flight. Friendly, super professional, awesome and top notch in every way.

Because of all the fantastic reviews, we tried 4 times (due to weather) to get our flight in while we were in Alaska. We were finally able to get off the ground on our last day - and it was def worth it! TAT communicated the delays and worked diligently to keep rescheduling us. It was amazing and more than worth it! Our pilot was great (wish I remembered his name to give him kudos (flew Aug 2 at 11 am)). The mountains were spectacular! Highly, highly recommend!!

I was a little concerned in a small plane which are old and had a little gasoline smell in the beginning before takeoff. But the pilot was wonderful and guided us around Denali mountains and glaciers with amazing confidence and knowledge that I forgot about the smell which was also gone.
The best part of the trip was landing and taking off from the glacier and then seeing the scenery all around us. Breathtaking beauty!!
Some of the glaciers are receding according to the pilot and I wondered when we will not be able to see these wonders of nature.

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Alaska! We had a beautiful day in September. The glacier landing was definitely a must do and I was definitely in awe. Our pilot and tour guide was amazing. She took care of us and was super knowledgeable about everything about Denali. I would do this tour again!

Did the Mountain Voyager with Glacier Landing. We went in the afternoon at 1.30. It was questionable if we were going to get to go because of weather. Luckily it cleared enough to go. Need to be flexible or understand that the weather can change and your trip will be canceled. Our plane had our family of 7 and 3 others. The Mountains were amazing and it looked like were were very close but were not. Took about 30 minutes to get to the glacier and landed. We were there about 15 minutes and then flew back. Tour was about 1 3/4 hour. We all had headsets and the pilot explained what we ere seeing. This was one of my families favorite tours. If I had to pick taking the bus tour of Denali or doing this tour, I would pick this right away.

Of the 18 days we spent in Alaska, this Flightseeing Tour was one of two top exceptional experiences! Safety is number one for these folks, our pilot was experienced, everything was well organized, and we were well taken care of.
The pilot's narrative enhanced the experience, in that we knew what we were looking at. The views were amazing, seriously some of the most beautiful scenery ever!
The glacier landing was flawless, thrilling, and once in a lifetime!
The plane was comfortable as were the headsets.
We had signed up for the Grand Denali Tour, but at the pilot's discretion, we did not circumvent the mountain due to weather. However, the pilot made sure that the experience was exceptional. He flew the plane in such a way that the passengers on both sides of the plane got to see all of the views.
We got a refund for the difference between the flight we booked and the flight we took. We felt appreciated as customers, and the pilot expressed thanks for all of us (9) flying with them. Do this!

We had hoped to do the Denali glacier landing tour but were unable to due to weather. However, the experience was still magnificent. Our pilot was kind and very knowledgeable. The views of the lower glaciers and fall colors were still spectacular. We will definitely be back to try for the Denali flight sometime in the future (weather permitting of course)
