I was in South Africa for a business trip on a tight schedule with only one day to see around, I found Balanta Imagine on Trip advisor and you can see only good reviews on their profile(Now I know why).
Lerato is a very nice friendly lady, showed up at my hotel on time, she's knowledgeable about Pilanesburg routes and best viewing spots. She is willing to go out of her way and take every extra step to ensure you get the best experience.
Balanta are organised, flexible,pay attention to details, professional and were able to provide a reasonable quote for a private trip.
I am happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone and would go with them again myself if I get the chance.

We were a group of 9 travelling together from New Jersery to Cape Town with a 2 days stop in Johannesburg. We were met at OR Tombo by our friendly hosts and transported to our hotel which was downtown(our own arrangement). They gave us restaurants suggestions, the dos and dont and how to go around the city at night. They were up early the following morning to take us to Pilanesberg for safari and suncity. We had such a blast! Everything was organized perfectly. The safari drive,we saw a lot of animals, lunch was tasty, and suncity was a cherry on top. We did not feel rushed up at all. We had lunch and took our time at the casino. I won and lost, won and lost again 😀.
The following day was spent touring Johannesburg and soweto which was also marvelous.
This company's hospitality is difficult to put into words, it has to be experienced.

The South African portion of our 4 weeks vacation in Africa was way too short. We wanted to visit more than one safari game park and do various other activities. Balanta Imagine was of great assistance. They helped redesign our entire itinerary, they sent us great hotel/lodge recommendations both in South Africa and Botswana. They fixed flights and transfers very seamlessly, showing so much care and concern in the process.
Our tour to Pilanesberg National Park with them was first class from start to finish. They were right - "Experienced Guides and comfortable vehicles make all the difference". We had a great safari experience. Thank You Lionel and Team! We've got no words to express our gratitude. We will recommend you to everyone we know.

We did this tour with Balanta Imagine Safaris. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We had to make a few changes before arrival in South Africa and the company was very accommodating.
The driver/ guide communicated well, pick up and the 2 hours ride to Pilanesberg was smooth. We felt very safe, and they let us use their Wi-Fi to check emails and surf the net.
We saw a pride of lions feeding, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, zebras and a lot of other smaller animals. We had lunch at Pilanesberg Centre and there was a family of Giraffes drinking at the nearby waterhole. A real treat.
