After a miscommunication about start time the booking company (Viator), our guide Ben did a wonderful job taking us to Pilanesberg and giving us a wonderful experience. He went out of his way to find great spots for viewing and was very knowledgeable. Despite the late start Ben made up for it with flexibility. The wildlife was magnificent as was the terrain. Pilanesberg surpassed our expectations for wildlife viewing. We appreciated how the tour guides shared information with each other regarding great viewing spots for the day we were there. We dreamed for years of a picture safari experience, and this was a great choice. Elephants, zebras, giraffes, rhino's, hippo's, leopards...the list goes on.

Had an overnight tour, staying at the Ivory Tree Lodge. Went on afternoon/evening and early morning safaris. Saw over 15 species, including elephants, rhinos, zebra, giraffes, leopard, lions, hyenas, wildebeest, and kudu. What a fantastic time. The food at the lodge was good and the guide was knowledgeable and interesting. He answered all my questions.

My wife and me we made a one day trip to Pilanesberg from Joburg with Soul adventures last november and we were so satisfied that we asked Darren to take our daughter and her two children (10 and 12 y) who visited St Africa in february for a 2 days safari.
They were so happy of everything, thanks to Darren and his wife. They saw a lot of animals very close like lions and elephants and many others. They loved the chalet where they spent great time.
After 10 days in Sth Africa, it seems their best memories are from their short safari in Pilanesberg.
Next time we come to Sth Africa we want definitely ask Darren to arrange us some tour.

Darren and kie, our staff had the most memorable day at the Pilansberg yesterday. The excitement was tangible and the day did not disappoint- in fact, it far exceeded their expectations. They are complimenting your organisation, your personal interaction with them and your knowledge of the area and animals. Thank you for making their year. We will have to think of what to line up for them next year!

They never came to pick me up at my hotel. They never contacted me about it. I had posted a review about this before that was removed. Please use caution if you are considering using them. I am sure that some visitors had an excellent experience. I did not.

Hi. I am not sure what happened on the day. Could you please give us more information in order to investigate. It could have been something as simple as a communication error on the hotel details. Sometimes we miss people as we cannot find them at the meeting point. Or it could have been a miscommunication on the pick up time. Quite a few factors tht we need to consider in us investigating this further. But as mentioned, please send us the information as we have no recollection of the events
