Dear Jose
As per our telephone conversation , that your tour was booked on different date and you arrived a day earlier. A full refund was then forwarded to you right away, since we couldn't accommodate you on your arrival date. Our sincere apologies that you couldn't get hold of us due to loadsheding or poor signal, our means to get hold of you was also unsuccessful since you were in bush, our driver was sent to your unit 30 minutes after your attempt to reach us, to find that you no longer there.Our offer of a free game drive still stand should you find yourself in the area again. Wishing you a magical year ahead.

I had such a great time exploring Mpumalanga and Kruger with the help Mbombela Tours and their guides. They are really great and they make sure that their customers are happy and making the most out of these tour packages.
Netto is such a great guy. He even helped me by giving some tips for my return journey back to home. Truly happy with my decision to book these trips via Mbombela Tours.

Planning a day at the KNP recently was without any issues.
We knew that my booking with Kurt safaris we would have a great time.
With all the arrangements made and payment effected our day was confirmed.
Patrick our ranger was prompt our hotel at 5.30am.
We entered the park by 6 .
Patrick knowledge of the environment and of the animals was amazing.
By 7.30 we had already seen most of the big 5 with exception of Rhino.
Our almost arm length viewing of the lion's and wild dogs was amazing.
The rest of the day was spent driving through parts of park.
While we were returning to hotel, Patrick spotted a leopard in the tree
What an amazing way to end up our safari.
Kurt safaris and Patrick - you Rock!!!!

We were picked up promptly from our hotel in Nelspruit in a very comfortable van. When we arrived at Kruger we were introduced to our friendly guide. What a bonus to find we were the only 2 in the 10 seater open van!!
We saw all of the big 5 plus more! The hippo was even out of the water and the elephants were drinking and having a bath.
Excellent day. Will definitely recommend this tour.

We pursued a half-day safari tour in the Kruger. Netto organized everything and responded quickly. On the way to Kruger, Netto told us that we will be together with another couple who already spent 1 day in the park. Given that they already saw all animals, Netto told us they "are sick of safari and also want to leave after an additional half-day instead of full day".
As you can imagine, ours and the interest of the other couple did not fit. They were not interested to spend more time in the Kruger, which resulted in an extensive breakfast break as well as only very short stops with the animals. We paid a lot of money for this, so Netto would have needed to take into account interests of both parties. Our impression was that he did not care about this and only wanted to make money. This is not a service that reflects a 5-star rating...
As you can imagine, ours and the interest of the other couple did not fit. Our full day kruger safari is an eight hours of Open Safari Vehicle game driving and we make sure that we keep as promised with or without other guests on board. Netto is only responsible of transporting guests from the hotel to the gate and have no control of telling the guide to cut the tour short.
We push our passion more so that we give the greatest experience to all guests and value excellent value for money. and we only offer what is being sold by the guests and give more but not less.
