We had a brilliant snorkelling trip with Safari and Surf. Ian was a great guide and made us feel safe and well-supervised despite the strong currents. He is really knowledgeable about the sea and marine life and we saw so many different types of fish. We all had a great time, particularly my 12 year old, it was one of his highlights of our trip. We highly recommend this tour.

Unfortunately the weather was not good (big storm the day before). The conditions were not favorable for snorkeling: the waves were much too strong and the current was very dangerous, which risked hurting us against the coral and rocks.
Due to the current being too high, the outing had to be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. We only stayed in the water for 10 minutes before getting out, for fear of being injured (the current was so high that we were unable to observe any fish). The two other people who had booked at the same time as us came out earlier than expected as well, with scratched legs.
The instructor was nevertheless very friendly, but should have canceled this outing, which was too dangerous. I am requesting a refund for this activity which we were ultimately unable to do due to dangerous weather conditions.

Ian was a wonderful guide. He knows his species so well and showed us what we should look for. Great watching the humpback whales play in the water afterwards with a hot drink

Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best on our day (cold and rain)... It was good that we had diving suits to rent. Our guide was very good, was able to explain things well and understandably and made the best of the weather with us. The 2 hours flew by as there was something new to see and discover at every corner. The hot cocoa and coffee after the tour were vital.

We booked online and Ian was at Cale Vidal to meet us. There was no communication beforehand other than the confirmation. We rented wetsuits, which I was glad of. The briefing was good and they were obviously very safety conscious. The weather wasn’t brilliant so the water was quite choppy and visibility was poor, but we still had fun and saw lots of fish. The team looked after my children really well which was appreciated as it meant we could look around. The hot drinks after were a bonus.

Great introduction to the ocean's wildlife before snorkeling. Experience using fins and snorkel is required.

Mum, Dad, Hubby and I LOVED IT! Good for the whole family! Full of fantastic information about the area and wildlife land and obviously the sea! Everyone was involved and included and safety first! Highly recommend and well worth it!

Thank you to Ian and Marius who gave us such an amazing snorkeling experience! They went out of their way to show us the magical underwater world. The kids absolutely loved it. We'll be back for more!!!

The team is super helpful and efficient. It was easy to arrange and they provided excellent communication. Ian was knowledgeable and friendly. The beach was beautiful and the conditions were great. The experience exceeded our expectations. I would recommend giving this a go
