We did the balloon safari yesterday. I think it was one of those experiences so incredible that explaining it in words won't do justice to the grandeur of the experience. It was simply incredible!! A perfect day !!! I think the photos speak for themselves

We were supposed to do it the Tuesday 01/08/23 but they cancelled it the day before around 7 pm... telling us that the weather was not good (and I can ensure that the weather was very sunny and there was no wind on the 01/08/23). We had to insist and call them to try to get another slot (because they just send text messages telling that it is cancelled).
Finally, it was good for the 02/08, they send an email to do the check-in for the activites. But, again, they cancelled it at 6 pm. With no explanation. We had to call them the day after to have details about the refund (and finally we had to do an email to Viator to get it because it was not done automatically). We are very disappointed. It is not acceptable when you pay 580€ for an activity.
Finally, it was good for the 02/08, they send an email to do the check-in for the activites. But, again, they cancelled it at 6 pm. With no explanation. We had to call them the day after to have details about the refund (and finally we had to do an email to Viator to get it because it was not done automatically). We are very disappointed. A friendly, beautiful, peaceful and memorable experience. Marc, our pilot challenged us to only exclaim “Wow” once during the adventure and we all failed to meet the challenge. Ll lol Wow! Our fellow balloon passengers from Liverpool and France were so friendly. Wow! Marc was professional and funny. Wow! The ride was smooth and serene. Wow! The sunrise, animal sightings and scenery were spectacular. Wow! We got to share a once in a lifetime experience with a dear friend!

Magique 🤩 magnifique 🎈 Une organisation au top du début à la fin pour un moment unique. Un 1re vol annulé en raison de la météo. Un 2nd vol bien effectué. Le rêve total. ! Le pilote était extraordinaire. Le vol se termine par un petit déjeuner dans la savane. Bref absolument magnifique.

Wow!! Stunning balloon ride. Awesome would highly recommend. Cancelled the day before due to weather so we re-booked. So glad we did, pilot Marc was fantastic, funny, knowledgeable and calm. A memory we will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you.

The safari was cancelled on the eve at 4pm and the next available date was within the next 2 days which was too late for us.

Hello, I am trying to book a flight for 1 person. I know that it says there needs to be 4 riders in order to launch the flight. If there happens to be less than 4 people booked on the day of her flight 1. When will she be notified of the cancelled flight? 2. Will we get a refund for the flight if she isn't able to make it on the rescheduled day? 3. Can you tell me if other people have booked a flight on February 26th so we don't have to worry about cancellation? Unfortunately, she is travelling alone and doesn't have other people to go on this excursion with her.

I would like to buy a 50th birthday present for my daughter and son in law. They arrive in bakubung lodge on Friday 19th of October and stay for a week. Do we have to book dates ahead or can it be done while they are there. Esther jackson.

We are a group of 4, but probably only 3 will want to do the balloon ride on the 8th of August 2018. Are bookings essential, and if there are only 3 of us would it be likely that the ride would be available t this time of year.
