I was only in Cape Town for 2 nights unfortunately it was very windy and tge cable car wasn't running .It was mentioned at my hotel about helicopter flight, I booked was picked up at the Hotel very good service the trip was absolutely amazing I would highly recommend the pilot gave a good commentary on the flight great views and good flight . I'm so pleased I did it as I probably won't return to Cape Town again .

I did the 20 minutes Cape Town and coast.
Excellent service. Complimentary hotel pick up.
Very polite and friendly staff. Good safety briefing.
Flight was excellent and plenty of time to relax and have more pictures after the flight.
To top this wonderful experience you have a complimentary buggy ride into the V&A waterfront.
I flew around 11:00 which is a brilliant way to start the day.
Do it!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed the tour, the scenery was beautiful. It was 20-25mins, just enough for me who doesn’t like long flights. The pilot was doing some explanations during the flight of the different sight seeing.

I booked this tour via Viator as a surprise for my wife. Whilst the trip was fine we did not get what we paid for. The description says that the tour involves a "circle round Table Mountain" - instead we flew straight down the coast and straight back the same way. Some nice views but not what was advertised... yet the helicopter in front of us did the full circle! I complained to Viator and requested a partial refund but neither they or Cape Town Helicopters did the decent thing! There are plenty of other tour operators in the area to choose from

Dear Guest, firstly we do sincerely apologies that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Just to clarify the flight route for the Atlantico flight that you booked departs the V&A Waterfront Heli-base and fly directly in front of Table Mountain before the pilots turn around for the flight down the Atlantic coast. Upon return the flight path is once again directly past Table Mountain with a turn around for the approach and landing. Table Mountain is a National Park and no operator are allowed to circle over Table Mountain. We do apologies for the possible mis-understanding when you booked this very popular experience.

This was bought as a wedding gift for us to enjoy on our honeymoon and what an unforgettable excursion it was! On route to walking from the V&A a lovely person from Cape Town Helicopters passed us on a Golf Buggy and gave us a lift the rest of the way which was quite handy as it was a little further than we thought and through a building site. On arrival, we had a friendly greeting and offered complimentary tea and coffee. We were swiftly taken to our helicopter, met the captain and took off for our 20 minute flight. We were super lucky with the weather, got some fantastic views and great commentary. A definite must when visiting Cape Town!

The tour with the helicopter was a true experience that everyone visiting Cape Town should do!! Wow! My pilot was a very skilled one named Matt, and he is already a pilot for 9 years. Great to see al the landmarks, and also get explanatory talks with them from my pilot. The flight took about 25 minutes, and was very enjoyable and calm. The ground staff was also very helpful with taking pictures of me with the aircraft and guiding me to and from the aircraft before and after the flight!

Cape Town Helicopters provided a great experience and this is a fantastic way to see Cape Town. I would highly recommend this experience. I did have trouble with booking through Viator (my booking didn't go through despite confirmation and receipt) - but Cape Town Helicopters did everything they could to make it right.
