On Dec 7, 2024, 14 of us spend half day visiting Cape Town before our embarking on our cruise ship vacation. Peter was our guide. Junior from Cape Archives Tour office communicated with our group leader, Wendy, endlessly to streamline our pickup and drop off arrangements. 14 people with 14+ number of luggage was not an easy group to handle. Cape Archives had to arrange a separate truck to transport our luggages to the cruise terminal, all streamlined without wasting time.
Peter began the tour with an informative description of Cape Town history, then and now, we then visited iconic places like table mountain national park (ticket including) with its breathtaking scenery of Cape Town below, colourful houses in Bo-Kaap, city Center panoramic tour and the beautiful beaches at Clifton. Peter returned us to the cruise terminal on time for us to continue our vacation in South Africa. As our time is limited, there are sites we didn’t get to visit on this trip.
Would use this tour company again on future visits.

Took the fast track cable car so there is less waiting time and we were up Table Mountain in 15 minutes upon arrival. Perfect weather that day so we had breathtaking views of Cape Town. Also had a great time viewing the unique plant species on top of the mountain. The city tour was well-paced and our guide, Peter, was very knowledgeable about the city's history and culture. We covered most of the major attractions in one day. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and hope to come back to visit with family.

Rodney provided my husband and I a day full of learning about Cape Town and the history behind this beautiful city. Our tour changed due to weather, table mountain was closed, but Rodney took control of our time offered suggestions and decisions were made. The tour was excellent and Table Mountain is planned for another day.

The driver and tour guide Kelvin took five hours to complete the scenic spots we should visit and returned to the cruise ship on time. He explained in detail, provided information on each scenic spot, and took beautiful photos for us, so that we could use the shortest time. Get to know the most iconic attractions of Cape Town, especially Table Mountain. From a high position, the scenery of Cape Town is breathtaking.

The man behind the phenomenal visit was Xavier. I recommend Cape Archives Tours. The team is just awesome. When it comes to the history of Cape town and knowhow of the place, they are exceptional. I have never felt accomodated and become part of the family, like what i felt during my stay in South Africa-Cape town. The trip left me with a lot of ecstatic remembrances reminiscence of modern days. The shots were just fantastic. If you ever think of having good memories that cruise down your inner soul or memory lane, try Cape Archives Tours. They mastered tourism and I am sure it has became part of their DNA. I feel like visiting again because the Table Mountain was not just mesmerizing, but because the mountain was tabular and the table was mountainous!
