I had a package of private lessons with Gift an instructor at Learn2Surf. I had never surfed before and the sea made me uneasy. He had me standing on the foam board on day one and surfing a hardboard by the end of the package. His enthusiasm and passion for surfing is infectious. He was super attentive and encouraging! The school is run professionally, Gift was always early for my sessions. They also take safety really seriously. I would highly recommend taking lessons at Learn2Surf! :)

HI
I had a private lesson booking for my son and myself with 2 instructors
The instructors were from Malawi
They did not have a clue what surfing was about
All they could do was push the board
Conditions we terrible to surf

Die Kommunikation mit der Surfschule war gut. Wir haben meinen ursprünglich gebuchten Termin allerdings verschoben (Empfehlung des Lehrer wegen des Wetters), was zum Glück möglich war, da ich einige Tage in der Gegend war.
Wir waren in einer Vierergruppe mit einem Surflehrer unterwegs. Der Lehrer war super, motvierend und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte noch keine Erfahrung mit dem Surfen. Nach eingiger Zeit gelang es mir zum ersten Mal auf dem Brett zu stehen. Gegen Ende des Kurses gelang es immer häufiger. Es hat riesigen Spaß gemacht. Wäre ich länger dort gewesen, hätte ich gerne noch ein zweites Mal den Kurs gemacht.

From the moment I booked I felt like I was in good hands.
My decision to take a surfing lesson was made at short notice and I really appreciated L2S's quick and friendly communication.
The business is located in a very accessible and tourist friendly location with great parking facilities nearby.
My lesson was brilliant. At the beginning I was taught the basics on the beach and quickly moved to the ocean where my teacher had me standing up on the board in no time at all. He was really enthusiastic and clearly showed his love of surfing. He was patient with me and provided really easy to understand feedback and encouragement.
It was a really nice touch at the end after a few hours of surfing to go back and have a complimentary ice tea and talk about surfing with the people working there.

What an experience!!!! I will 100% recomend learn 2 surf They are the best. The instructor we had was super helpfull and flippen awesome the admin team also helped me all the way with a smile. I will sugest to go early in your visit because I will want to go back again. When I go back to cape town I will definitely do it again just for the experience. I had a time of my life!!!!!

I booked a private lesson, it was very easy to book, good vibe, very relevant advice on how to surf the spot and the type of wave, overall experience very good, would definitely recommend it!
