Feel at Home in Cape Town me and my from Chicago USA for a cultural township tour, it's was really something to remember, we tested some African food and home made ginger beer, we interrupted with the local and learned about South Africa black history and coloured people. Was very good and I will recommend Feel at Home in Cape Town for their wonderful and professional services.

Great tour! It was very educational and I got to understand the stories and culture of people living in townships and taste the great food. I would highly recommend this tour for a safe local experience. Very unique and different than what is currently being offered

On the 28th of February 2020, I booked a tour via Tripadvisor/Viator for the same day in Cape Town.
From the moment I booked I had a strong impression that something was wrong with the company we booked with: Feel at home in Cape Town. It was not clear where the tour would start and I could not retrieve the tickets. For that reason I tried to call three different phone numbers but none of them exists. I sent them an email, no result. Their website is not in the air. Later on I received a message that I would receive two tickets. When we arrived at the place where the tour would start it turned out to be the place in Cape Town where the hop on hop off bus departs. It turned out that our so called Tour Operator booked two seats for a tour with them. The price was 300 Rand per person approx. 38,50 USD for the two of us while we paid more than 90 USD. It was a completely different tour than we booked.
We did not use the tickets for this tour. We are ripped off.
Tripadvisor is handling our complaint now.

Dear Yvonne thank you for a such review,
On that day if your booking our services was fully booked we didn't have space for two as you booking was two, we have transfer you to our partner we are a tour operator we with 1000's tour companies offering similer service as we do,

Still on the making.
For the contact when you do the booking onyouon Your ticket there's a number to call, I don't know which number did call. Here's our number +27622897240 / +27710454149 those two are the number to use when contacting us.
You trip was for 4 hours you did 4 hours trip, only that you wanted to be picked up from your hotel and that didn't happen as we we're fully booked.
Know that this business feeds families in Africa there for I have to ask you to remove your review immediately or rectify it.
