Wine tour with lunch.

Fantastic day. Morris not sure if the name is spelt right was full of knowledge ./ Friendly and very jolly. A great guide.
The day itinerary was perfectly organised. Well worth it. We give it 5 star rating.

A few vinos a day keeps the doctor away:)

Neil makes the wine tasting to an fantastic experience.
He makes also sure you are not de-hydrating (;
He gave a lot of insights to the technical wine part but also made you feel all the time in best hands. Strongly recommended to enjoy a day of wine with him!

Professional, friendly & flexible

We really enjoyed our 3/4 day wine tour with Niel. It was obvious from the start that Niel, himself, is very knowledgeable about wine and the wine estates around Stellenbosch. This enables him to tailor the tours to the tastes of his clients, which he did exceptionally well on the day we did the tour. He is also very friendly and manages to create a great atmosphere amongst the various guests on the tour, even if their politics differ.
I would highly recommend Niels tours to anyone who is spending some time in Stellenbosch.

Great tour

This a great value tour where you can do part or full days
The service is amazing and not budget. The food and wine is included. You will taste some of the best wines Stellenbosch has to offer.

Don't even think about any other company.

Great wine tour with Niel

We have done many wine tours in various parts of the world but none were as good
as the we had yesterday with Niel. He was able to take us through a winery and show the whole process of wine making. After which we enjoyed wines at several
wine properties. During these visits we sampled different wines which were
described to us in detail. Whenever anyone had a question Niel answered in great detail so we could understand. The lunch we were served was superb.
We would recommend taking his tour to anyone-whether a beginner to wines
or someone with experience and knowledge of wines.
A first class experience for anyone.

Very Professional and Accomodating

We had the privilege of having Niel drive us from Cape Town to Stellenbosch , taking a scenic route and visiting the Cape of Good Hope and Boulder’s Bay and other points of interest along the way. Niel was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We also spent an enjoyable day touring wineries in Stellenbosch. On our final day, we contacted Niel with a last minute request and he arranged for Marius to take us to several animal sanctuaries. Despite the short notice, the day was planned quickly and perfectly and exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect ending to our stay in South Africa. I would highly recommend Afrivista Tours!

Excellent Winery and other tours in Stellenbosch

I operate a tour company in Canada and take groups all over the world, including several to South Africa each year. Niel looks after all our winery and other tours in the Stellenbosch area. He takes us to Cape Point and Boulder Beach (to see the penguins). Starting in 2025 he will take our groups to Hermanus as well. I cannot imagine a better company to deal with in the Stellenbosch area than Afrivista.

Wine tasting Tour with AFRIVISTA Stellenbosch

What a wonderful experience !!

Jakobus was our guide for the day, This trip is a real find.... a must, if in Stellenbosch. We booked our day trip, the day before, .( it turned out cheaper than pre booking).

Our tour guide Jakobus, was an extremely informative guy. . On our tour, he told us lots of quirky anecdotes of Stellenbosch itself, having grown up there and still a resident.
The cheese and wine pairing at one winery was superb!! One could also buy delicious breads, cheeses and of course the wines.
What's not to like!!!
I would most certainly repeat this wine Tour again .
Super value for money, Top guide, fantastic cheeses, and of course, great wines

One can just sit back and enjoy the wonderful senary and the delicious wines and not have to worry. Almost forgot , a very tasty lunch is also included in the price. !!

10 day Garden Route Tour

We are a mixed group of friends and family members with ages from 21 to 67 and we had a memorable 10 days holiday on the Garden Route , Cape Town and Gondwana Game Reserve . Niels , Wills and Jake took care of all minute details and ensure that our mixed group were entertained and well fed . Their recommendation of the restaurants were spot on for experiencing South African cuisine , and game meat. They were flexible with some last minute travelling arrangements and very knowledgeable on the sights and culture .
