Best Tour Ever

This was my best experience ever with a tour operator - and I've been on quite a few organized tours since 1978. Starting with the booking process, they were very attentive to my needs and desires. I also decided to make a couple of changes to the itinerary after booking, and they were very accommodating. I booked with Inn-category hotels (in my mind "budget" hotels), but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations. Furthermore, we received far more personalized attention than I had expected, starting with the pickup at the Buenos Aires airport, and a private tour for the two of us the next day with the same person. Also two private tours with another excellent guide for Iguazu falls on both sides of the Argentina-Brazil border. The quality and comprehensiveness of Say Hueque's services far exceeded expectations and was a fantastic value, considering the price paid.

Wonderful Argentina Highlights Tour

Say Hueque travel group did a superb job coordinating our 12-day trip in Argentina.
The transfers went smoothly. The hotel selections were wonderful and the tours were excellent. Ayelen from Say Hueque was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions.
I will highly recommend this tour.

Customized Patagonia Tour

We are a group of 7 from Canada. We had a wonderful but shortened trip to Patagonia due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Our agent, Agustin Orso, has been very helpful from the early planning phase of the trip, going through the repatriation chaos when all parks were closed, to the resolution of the cancellation of our trip.
Our 14 day itinerary was completely designed, customized to our likings with stops at Ushuaia, Puerto Natales (Torres del Paine in Chile), El Calafate and if the tour were not stopped, to El Chalten and Iguazu.
All guides we had were excellent, speaking fluent English. We had different categories of hotel, Palo Santo in Buenos Aires, being the best, the other ones still met our expectations.
When proper time comes, we will without hesitation reconnect with Agustin to resume our trip,

Jean, That is good to know that despite the Coronavirus your trip was amazing. Agustin is an excellent agent who always cares about your needs, likes and requests. We are sorry that you could not end your trip this time because of the Virus , that is was something unpredictable in the world. But, to us it is always a priority your safety . Wonderful Holiday in Argentina and Chile arranged by Say Hueque

We did not do the tour per se, but had a fully personalized 21 day tour of Argentina and Chile, that included Buenos Aires, Iguazu falls, Ushaia, El calafate, Torres del Paine, Bariloche, the Andes lake crossing to Chile, Puerto Varas, Santiago and the Atacama. All of this, flights , hotels, daily excursions, airports transfers were arranged by Lucia, at Say Hueque. Everything went so smoothly. It is so comforting at every destination to see your name on a sign. All the hotels were perfect for what we wanted. the pick ups were timely, the guides were excellent. We could not have been more satisfied.

Excellent Argentina Tour - Everything well organized by Patricio !!

We recently returned from an excellent trip ~ 2 week tour to Argentina (and Montevideo).

Patricio was the agent from Say Hueque who managed our trip. He was very patient and tailored the itinerary to suit us, particularly with the choice of hotels and the locations.

Our tour in Argentina was about 12 days, and covered:
Buenos Aires
El Calafate
Ushuaia
Iguazu

We also included a short trip to Montevideo in Uruguay and a half day City tour there (we flew back from Montevideo).

Patricio organized all the domestic flights within Argentina, the Express Ferry from Buenos Aires to Montevideo, and all the airport tranfers.

We had private tours for most of the city tours, and group tours for the other major attractions. All the guides were excellent and experienced. We didn't have to do anything - everything was well organized for us (which was good as we do not speak Spanish).

I can highly recommend Say Hueque (and Patricio) as a tour company to handle tours in Argentina - they have good and
reliable local contacts.

Better then we imagined

Say Hueque helped us organize our 10 Day trip from Buenos Aires to Mendoza to Iguazu Falls and then to The End of the World in Ushuaia. From the minute we stepped out of customs in Buenos Aires we were met by Martin and Roberto with a great smile and from that time on ALL of our guides and drivers made sure that our experience of Argentina was as good as advertised. Most importantly, they accommodated our day to day changes we requested and provided great ideas for restaurants and activities after our daily tours.
