Exceptional Tour. Wonderful to see all the parts of the city which is impressive.

The city tour guide Diana was excellent with lots of information and so personable and animated She was able to explain much of the history and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We also continued on to see the spectacular teatro Colón

Deceptive

I picked this tour specifically for the visit to Theatro Colon, which seemed to be included according to the description which said "includes tickets to Theatro Colon". I had been wanting to visit it for 20 years. At 1:00 pm after a nice enough bus ride around town I asked our guide about the tour of the opera house. "Oh, we have tickets for you at 3:00 pm. This was unacceptable since we were supposed to board our cruise ship at 3:00 and I made that clear when we started the tour. They give you tickets but not for a part of the tour, you need your own transport and it's at a different time. Disappointed.

Hola Simon, Thank you for your review. Yes, the tickets to visit the Colon Theater are subject to availability of the Theater. That day there was only one English speaking visit at 03:00pm. Sorry for the inconvenience. Claudio

Leone o melhor guia!

Pra quem quer conhecer Buenos Aires dentro da história é a melhor empresa! Em particular o guia leone. A van vai passando e parando pelos principais pontos turísticos. São em média 3horas a 3 horas e meia de guia. A grande sacada dessa empresa é que é a única que faz guia incluso no cemitério. Super recomendo!

Two separate tours

This was a good way to get an overview of the city, although unlike the Trip Advisor description, it is really two separate tours. The first is a mini-bus tour with a guide. The guide picks you up at your hotel, and you join a group that has been picked up at various other hotels. The guide is knowledgeable about many aspects of past and recent history and architecture and can answer questions about all kinds of things. We visited the plaza outside the Casa Rosada, walked around in La Boca and San Telmo, and drove through Palermo and other areas of the city. The final part of this tour was a brief walk through the Recoleta cemetery, with a stop at Evita Peron's family mausoleum. That is where the first tour ends. Everyone else in the group either stayed at Recoleta or got dropped off at their hotels. Since I had booked the Teatro Colon tour as well, they dropped me off there with an admission ticket for an hour later and I was on my own to get back to my hotel. The theater tour was led by a guide from the theater. It was fascinating as well, and even though the lights were off in the main auditorium because the company was rehearsing, watching that happen was quite interesting as well.

Maravilloso recorrido.

Fue una excelente experiencia. El equipo del recorrido por BA (Marcela y Hugo) muy agradables, amenos y te hacen sentir bienvenido e incluido en un recorrido durante el cual comparten su carisma y humor junto con datos históricos de la ciudad.
Se logra un buen complemento con lo que aprendes y ves con ellos con un recorrido previo o posterior de la ciudad.

Altamente recomendado. Tanto yo como mi familia quedamos muy contentos con lo visto.

Great tour

The tour with Laura was excellent. She was very informative and flexible with the programme. The tour of the theatre was also very interesting. It's a little sad that they can't take you behind the scenes but all in all a very interesting and enjoyable tour.

It is definately the best way to get to know Buenos Aires! After some disappointing tours in other cities, I had some doubts about these kinds of activities. However, Ana was the best guide ever!!! She explained everything with so much passion, detail and humor, I fell in love with the city. I am so going to come to Buenos Aires again on my next vacation!!
