Signature did an incredible job with communicating all the details of our hotel pickup in Buenos Aries, flights to Iguazu, and our guide in Iguazu Falls tours. Sebastian was a wonderful guide at the Falls. Drivers were exceptional as well. We hesitated on the expense initially but it was worth every penny and the Falls are magnificent. We also did the boat tour- and yes we got very wet but how often do you get the opportunity to boat in magnificent water falls. We'd do it again. Thank you again to Signature for making it happen seamlessly.

This is an amazing place to visit, however I had a mixed experience with Signature Tours (ST).
After booking I did get good communication and received information about my plane tickets. My travel clinic made sure I was vaccinated for yellow fever, which was contrary to ST advice. Some emails had no response.
On the morning of tour no car arrived and there was no response from any of the contact numbers/emails. My hotel called me a taxi.
I was relieved to see the tour guide at Iguazu airport. He was later able to confirm with ST that a driver would meet me in the evening at Buenos Aires and they did reimburse me the cost of the morning taxi.
The guide was good, although I had expected to be in a small group, not on my own with the guide. The guide recommended me to take the boat ride which was an extra AP$14,000, the ride was amazing, and a dry bag was provided (put your shoes in it!). But I would taken a change of clothes and towel if I had known. Also if I had not done the ride the guide would have taken me back to the airport 2 hours early.
My feedback the next day to the company never received a response. Next day my hotel (Magnolia) said they would have recommended other companies.

Iguazu is an incredible sight! If you can, you should not miss an opportunity to see the falls. We did the walking circuit of upper middle and lower views. Each one was spectacular. Our tour started great- our documents were sent to our hotel, our driver picked us up on time, and our tour guide was waiting at the airport. Having our own tour guide was very nice- he was very knowledgeable about the falls, and we were able to at our own pace.
The only difficult part came when we arrived back in Buenos Aires. No one met us at arrival. After an hour of phone calls with our tour operator a driver finally arrived. Not really what you want to deal with after a 16 hour excursion, but we did get back to our hotel.
I would definitely recommend this tour- just make sure you have all the driver and tour guide contact information before you leave.

Signature arranged everything so well. Drivers arrived at the exact time scheduled. The local guide (Sonia) was excellent and enthusiastic. She was very fun to work with and customized the tour for us. An excellent experience all around and the falls were amazing. I strongly recommend it

This was an amazing excursion! The day began with our private driver picking us up at our hotel to deliver us to the airport in Buenos Aires. Our guide, Claudia, met us at the airport in Iguaza.. She walked with us throughout the whole park, pointing out items of interest, and spotting wild animals. The falls were stunning, and the whole park was beautiful! We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to have an exceptional day!

Excellent 1 full day tour. Great guide at the park who was very knowledgeable about flora and fauna. Provided options at beginning of tour to make most of the day. This company arranged everything and all went smoothly except arrival into Iquazu airport, our guide was a no show. The local tour company owner fortunately saw us walking around perplexed, realizing quickly it was his guide that was a no show and made arrangements for another guide in the park. The guide made recommendations for lunch and even walked into airport with us upon departure. Note that the largest fall—Diablo is currently inaccessible. It can only be seen from the Brazil side or by boat. We opted for the fantastic boat ride and got completely drenched but highly recommend it. Make sure you take dry clothes or regret it later. Buenos Aires airport is a disaster, long lines, and disorganized. You need at least 2 hours to get through, even at 6 am. Highly recommend this company. Driver (David) in BA was very nice and had clean car and was very professional. Highly recommend.

What a day. From the pickup to drop off, it was the most smoothly organized day trip I have done in a very long time.
Although on arrival at Iguazu, I discovered there was light rain falling it did not present a challenge to my guide and me.
Equipped with a waterproof poncho we went on.
What a magnificent marvel of nature!!! The magnitude of the water cascading in many waterfalls was somewhat beyond comprehension. We also saw the local fauna and smelled the beautiful perfume of the ginger flower.
My guide was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience unforgettable.
I would recommend this tour without hesitation.!!!!

This was a wonderful tour. The Falls are absolutely breathtaking. The guide was excellent, and tailored our tour to our special needs. We were exhausted by the end of the day, but that was more a function of doing this trip in one day from Buenos Aires.

We had a wonderful trip. The operator was very responsive to our request and quickly confirmed the trip and provided travel vouchers and plane tickets. The logistics went smoothly - both the flights and the airport transfers. Our personal guide (Sonia) in Iguazú Falls met us at the airport and spent the entire day with us touring these amazing falls. We especially appreciated her knowledge of the local flora and fauna. We were a bit hesitant to take this long 1-day tour from Buenos Aires but are very glad we did.

I read in a previous review that this excursion will include a boat ride under the falls. I am interested in Nov 16 or 17, 2019. Is the boat ride inclusive on those dates?

We'll be arriving in Buenos Aires on the Viking Jupiter cruise ship on December 3, 2019 at 9:00 AM, but won't be leaving until 6:00 PM on December 5th, so it looks like December 4th would be the best date for us. Do you do pick-ups/drop-offs at the cruise termina?. There might be a number of cruisers interested in this trip.
