We found Iceberg Turismo through Viator. They were very prompt with responding through WhatsApp and helpful. We had booked our shuttle ride to El Chalten to hike Laguna de Los Tres in the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares.
It was easy to complete the reservation online. Detailed maps and information was sent via WhatsApp. We were picked up by a gentleman of a shuttle driver, Miguel. He was very pleasant, spoke some English, friendly and safe.
It was about a 2 hour drive from El Calafate to El Chalten. We made a stop at a cafe for a coffee and restroom stop. As well as, to drop off others for their El Chalten visit. Miguel dropped us off at the trailhead, provided us with our hiking poles, and made sure we had each other’s contact incase we needed to get ahold of him sooner or for emergencies.
We were unable to complete the entire hike (9/10) due to stormy weather conditions and concluded our excursion early. Miguel had waited for us at the trailhead and made us aware of some news of high winds and road closures to head back at to El Calafate.
We waited at the local coffee shop for a short time and luckily, were alerted by the police when road had opened up. Miguel was very thoughtful, alerted other drivers, and got us to our hotel safely.
Miguel was above and beyond to ensure our commute was comfortable and safe. We had dropped our beanie in the shuttle. He was very kind to contact us and drop off our belongings back to our hotel.
Highly recommend this tour company for your excursions in El Calafate.

The attention from the agency staff and the driver is impressive, and the activity they talk about is incredible... super fascinating, these landscapes that one sees when taking the route, it's heavy...but it was worth it all the sweat and exhaustion , I would do it again. Beautiful place.

Muy puntual el traslado desde y hasta el Hotel Design Suites al Chalten!!! El chofer Fabricio muy amable y buena onda! Y la excursión es imperdible!!! Los recomiendo!!!

Contratamos la experiencia por la laguna de los tres, no nos dieron el desayuno, solo un café la vianda del almuerzo era un sándwich con jamón y queso fatal, y la merienda no no la iban a dar nos terminaron dando igual solo un café , al comienzo de la actividad no nos dieron el equipamiento completo, te cobran carísimo la actividad cuando la diferencia solo es que te esperan más tiempo porque la.actividad es autoguiada, pésimo servicio

Tal como lo mencionas en tu opinion, nuestro servicio no solo es solo un traslado, sino que tambien ofrecemos vianda, desayuno, merienda y equipo para que puedas realizar la actividad. La merienda y el desayuno eran cafe, te, chocolatada con alguna porcion de torta o medialuna. No ofrecemos una actividad gastronomica, sino una actividad de trekking en la montaña. Esta es una atencion que tenemos para que puedan estar en un refugio, calentitos y puedan usar los aseos.
En el caso que uds solo hubieran deseado adquirir un servicio de traslado en bus, tambien teniamos esa opcion, que valia mucho menos, pero que no incluia ningun servicio extra ademas de que regresaban al destino al horario estipulado y no esperabamos a que todos terminen la actividad.
Lamentamos que no hayas disfrutado la actividad, a pesar de que se te ofrecieron todos los servicios indispensables que habias adquirido por el mismo valor que todos los demas clientes.

Fue sin dudas la experiencia más linda de mi vida. Llegar a la cima y ver el resultado final es inexplicable con palabras. Hay que vivirlo en persona. Fue más de lo que esperaba.

Increible!!! Contratamos desde Caba habiendo, previamente, evacuado todas las dudas ya que muchos nos decian que no era una excursion para hacer desde Calafate.
Nos pasaron a buscar a las 7am por el hotel Esplendor y llegamo al Chalten 9.20, bajamos a que el guadaparuqe nos explique los senderos y, a las 10hs estabamos en pleno ascenso.
Tardamos 3hs en subir. Es una caminata tranquila salvo por la ultima hs que es toda en subida.
El lugar es indescriptible, imponente, realmente vale la pena ir.
La vuelta es de unas 4hs aprx, la 1er hs toda en bajada.
La vianda riquisima!! super completa
El chofer que nos llevo, un genio, estaba por recibirse de guia turistico asi que nos fue explicando todo durante la ida y la vuelta.
como hicimos bastante rapido, pudimos dar una vuelta por el pueblo y hasta tomar algo
super recomendable!!
