Entire experience was amazing!!! The crew at the shop was super helpful and friendly and the tour guide was so nice. I 100% would recommend doing this when in Baños. We slid down 3 waterfalls and repelled 4. One of the coolest experiences I have ever done and well worth the price!

We just loved it! A block tour to the waterfalls and Devil's Pavilion that is a nature show. Canopy and finally canyining with the guides Andres and Alberto who were super attentive and friendly to us as well as the tour guides in blocks. We recommend them.

An amazing experience, I had never done it and the Guide was very patient and made me understand everything clearly. It felt the adrenaline at all times, the organization very good as well as the attention and transportation. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for adrenaline and a different experience with all safety measures

My son and I had an fantastic time with Ivagatours. My son is 6 and our guide Mateo was so patient. He really helped provide my son with the confidence to tackle even the largest waterfalls. My son and I both felt safe with Mateo as our guide. We were the only ones on the tour so it was extra special. We went to the Rio Blanco waterfall. We repelled, zip lined and slid down multiple waterfalls. The best part is they take all the pictures and videos for you so we could focus on having a great time. 10/10 recommend 👌

We took the canyoning tour with Mateo. It was a wonderful experience, he made sure we knew what we were doing and was very professional. The tour company was also very professional, including photos and videos which were a nice bonus. We are very active 59 year olds and this was a great energy level for us. The equipment was also top notch and we were never cold. Be prepared to do some hiking with the wetsuit and gear on.

It's great to know that you felt well accompanied and safe throughout the adventure. Mateo always makes sure that each participant is clear about what they should do. Also, we are glad that the photos and videos have been a good extra to remember those moments!
We love that, despite being 59 years old, they are still active and with so much energy. That's what we look for in our adventures! 💪💦 And yes, a little hiking in the wetsuit is part of the fun.

It was amazing. We went with a group of four. The guide (Alberto) was very kind and he made the trip a lot of fun. He also took the time to take some pictures and videos. He spoke enough English to explain everything clearly and it felt very safe. The organization response quickly and we had a lovely trip.

Went as a family of 5, with kids from 8 thru 15. Had a WONDERFUL time with Alberto and Nickson!
They gave super clear and fun guidance getting organized and trained on the safety equipment, took care, that everything was super safe, fun and exciting!!
The tour itself includes 4 waterfalls 2x35ft 1x15ft and an AMAZING 160ft drop . Alberto was super helpful when our youngest felt scared, he helped her through it and turned her tears into laughter and enthusiasm. At the end of the day she summarized it best: "greatest activity ever!"
Only regrets are:
1. Not taking my phone/camera in a water protective sleeve.... There are so many great pics to take that the guides gopro couldn't capture them all.
2. Not taking the full day extreme Canyoning tour... was concerned it might be too much for my smallest.... with Alberto it would have been a blast!!!

My friends and I recently went on a canyoning trip with Ivagatours, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, the entire trip was thrilling, exciting, and unforgettable!!
Our guide, Mateo, was the BEST! He was very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY skilled. Mateo's expertise and professionalism made our team feel extremely safe the entire way. He was extremely patient when he guided us through the canyons, and he made sure that each person in our group felt comfortable and confident, even as beginners!
Ivagatours provided us with the equipment to ensure our safety and comfort throughout the experience. Mateo was also well-prepared and equipped with all the necessary tools, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Ivagatours truly knows how to create a memorable canyoning experience. Their skilled guides, breathtaking locations, and well-maintained equipment sets them apart from the rest. We felt like we were in capable hands throughout the entire trip, which helped us to fully immerse ourselves in the adventure without any worries!
