I visited Baños with my family and we did a private tour with Michell's agency, who was very kind and greeted us with a nice smile. The route of the waterfalls and the Devil's Pailon was the most beautiful tour, I loved it and Mishelll gave us time and the freedom to have a drink afterwards, we went to the tree house. The weather didn't help us much but the whole tour was spectacular. We booked rafting and a full day in the jungle with the agency and everything was very well organized. I definitely recommend this agency.

Spent a few hours with Mishell as she took me through the Waterfalls Trail on a 4x4 vehicle on a private tour. She organized this tour for me on short notice and arrived promptly and was great company for a solo traveler. Id recommend other solo travelers who don’t want to bike the route to check out this experience.

We hired the private tour. We did it in the company of Mishell, owner of the company. Everything was excellent. Very convenient to do everything at our comfort. And with very kind and cordial treatment from the operator. We will recommend it to family and friends.

Moira fue un placer, haberlos conocido, excelentes turistas, la pasé muy bien en su compañía, son muy agradables y me alegra mucho que les haya gustado todos los tours que realizaron con nosotros, un fuerte abrazo y un buen viaje, espero volver a verlos pronto.
