Our pricing for Movie only admission on Viator and at the Theater Box Office is the exact same rate. I am very sorry for the confusion you encounter regarding the location of our Theater. We are located in the village of Tusayan which is directly outside of the Grand Canyon Park Gates. Less then a minute drive to the National Park. You will find our address noted in our listing. Any refunds would need to be requested directly through Viator not our Theater. For over thirty years many people of all ages have enjoyed watching “Grand Canyon: The Hidden Secrets”, I regret that your child and family did not. The movie is advertised as the human history of the Grand Canyon, as opposed to a geological overview of the formation of the Canyon. Your comments will be taken into consideration as plans move forward to update and digitize the presentation. Thank you for your review. Janet

Thanks for stopping to make a review. I apologize that it didn't live up to your expectations however this Movie is only shown here, at the Grand Canyon. Due to National Park Service policies Drones and other fly over filming is prohibited and therefore the scenes that we have are priceless and to be honest the Grand Canyon has been here for Millions of years so even if re-shot the scenery would be the same. You will see in the film what you won't see in person and I will agree to disagree that the film is completely worth it. Marty

It is definitely the storyline as told thru the humans that inhabited the Canyon, the Geology part is explained well inside the park so we took the storytelling side of it. Thanks for coming, Marty
