Impossible time contacted when we were 20 km from the meeting point after a 2000km journey from Italy . we agreed to give up the tour for the time saying that we were content with the equivalent in oysters. we met 3 boxes of delicious oysters but cost 260 euros (total 60 oysters) They greeted us and here it is over.

"We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for your group, especially after traveling a long distance with high hopes of visiting our oyster farm. Please know that your safety is always our top priority, and the decision to cancel the tour was not taken lightly.
As mentioned, the first named storm of 2024 brought strong winds and high tides, creating an unsafe environment for both visitors and staff. Our team immediately communicated the situation to all visitors, offering a full refund. In response to your request for oysters instead of a full refund, we were happy to pack oysters and shucking knives for you, despite the challenging conditions.
We acknowledge that communication was difficult due to language barriers, but we did our best to keep in contact, including making three phone calls to Benito.
We truly value every guest and always strive to deliver a memorable experience, as reflected in our many positive reviews. We regret that the circumstances were not ideal during your visit and would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under better conditions. Thank you again for your feedback and understanding."

A very personal tour with David who gave an interesting account of all the ins and outs of running an oyster farming business, most of which we had never considered. A couple of hours well spent!

We took an Oyster tour and we really enjoyed it. Thomas was very informative and he gave us lots of information on how oysters are grown and harvested. Also we had an opportunity to try the oysters. Well worth a visit.
