Very nice people at the agency in Uyuni and extremely nice tour guide! Eddy our tour guide was very nice, funny and clear with all the information.
They picked up in the morning from the bus we took from La Paz, they were there right when we got off the bus, Óscar took us to the agency and explained everything about the your to us. Then they storage our backpacks while we walked around Uyuni before and after we depart for the tour. Very nice and smooth experience.

Absolutely loved this tour! We signed up for the salt flats and got to see so much more than that. Our guide Rodrigo was absolutely amazing, he was very informative, his timings were amazing so we would miss the big tourist crowds, and he made the whole trip really fun. Couldn’t ask for any more from a guide, he was part of the group like one of our friends!
The first night of accommodation exceeded my expectations, and the highlight of the trip was star gazing in the hot springs on the second night; it was a magical moment. The company were great, we had nicer food than some of the other groups. And we were able to have a shower in the office after the tour and before our night bus.
Would highly recommend 👍🏼

We decided on this tour because, despite being the most expensive, it seemed to us that it fulfilled what we were looking for, it was not entirely true. Where it says tour of three days and two nights, it means, you don't get to stay for two days, let me explain. The tour begins at 11:00 a.m., let's say on a Monday, and they drop you off at the Chilean border, at best, at 09:30 a.m. on a Wednesday, that in my country does not reach two days.
When you make the reservation they tell you that when you arrive at their offices in Uyuni before starting the tour, after a long trip as was our case, we would have the possibility of taking a shower and having tea, once there nobody gives you any option .
Finally, say that we paid for one of the most expensive tours in the area, but it seems that it is not enough since we also had to pay in other places that we visited during the two days, including toilet paper in the lodges where you are located.
The guide that we had was quite professional, explaining things with patience and knowledge.

I had a good feeling about the trip when Oscar took the time to give a detailed outline of the itinerary, getting us excited for the days ahead. Had an amazing few days with my Salt Life crew. It was lovely to get to know our driver and guide Luis, who was amazing. He explained everything well (in English), helped us take amazing photos and looked after us all well, making sure we were always comfortable and briefed for the trip. The accomodation exceeded our basic expectations, the first night in particular. We left feeling like we'd had a unique experience only hitting the crowds a few times during our trip. I would highly recommend!

We hebben een geweldige 3 daagse tour gehad met gids Carlos en chauffeur José Luis. Carlos heeft humor en wist ons heel veel te vertellen over de omgeving en de cultuur. We hebben prachtige dingen gezien. Zeker een aanrader.

Hello, we recently did the 3 day tour with this operator, which we chose because of their recommendation in different guides, the most expensive by far by the way.the day before we paid half as a deposit, when we arrived in the morning the day of departure, we paid the rest, and after this we were informed that the agreed itinerary would not be possible because "it had rained a lot and it was very dangerous for us, etc, etc". Immediately we looked at each other among some of the customers who were there, and we started a debate with the employees, who gave different reasons and arguments: "it is too late to reverse the direction of the itinerary" "very dangerous", and so on ... In the middle of everything appears the one we think is the boss, and in a moment he takes control of the situation, agreeing to take us to the middle of the salt flat (something very spectacular) and that before had been flatly excluded. They also say that they do not work with other companies, another proven lie, as we found them on the whole tour with other tours, they also assure that their drivers do not drink alcohol, I can assure you that ours did not drink at least not in our sight, but we almost had an accident on 2 occasions, perhaps because we were tired from "coking" until very late at night. As for the guide, I must recognize his work, but I think that somehow he also feared for the state of the driver and his driving.as for the salt I can only say that it really is something incredible, especially after raining, as the reflective effect of the accumulated water is that of a large mirror, the danger was another big lie, at no time the height of the water exceeded 20 cm.

We just finished the 3d/2n salt flat tours ending in San Pedro de Atacama. We had an absolutely incredible time with our guide Juan and driver "ears"! The tour itself is really spectacular. It blew us away and has been the highlight of our South American adventure. Its so much more than just the salt flats. Every 20 mins is breathe-taking. Our guide Juan was funny, sarcastic, very knowledgeable and gave the real history of Bolivia & Peru. Juan also had the best and most fluent English of any tour guide we have met, which meant we got way more out of the trip. We had great chats with him over the 3 days. Our driver was also incredible and they both made sure everyone had a good time. The accommodation on day 1 was a lot more comfortable and cute than expected. The day 2 accommodation is basic and cold (so come prepared its the same on all tours) but completely made up for by the incredible hot springs experience under the stars and again for sunrise. The food was genuinely really good and very generous on this tour and that's coming from a fussy eater. We were really suprised by how much help we got crossing the border to Chile. Juan and our driver made it incredibly easy, telling us what form to fill in, where to go etc. We were very pleasantly suprised to find hot tea and food waiting for us when we swapped to our bus to chile. They gave us plenty of help with Spanish on the chile side too and we even got a hostal drop off on the other side which was a great suprise. The only tiny draw-back is the car is a bit cramped but I think that's the same on every tour. 10/10 would recommend this tour to anyone! There's way more included with this trip than they advertise and what I really liked was that there were very few additional costs on the tour (other than those advertised for national park entrances) and we didn't need to keep buying stuff along the way. So, it might be a little more pricey than others but there's no real hidden costs so it probably works out cheaper. Other tours we've been on have loooots of hidden costs. Great tour, great guide, really amazing memories!

Sehr gute Tour mit einem sehr netten und kompetenten Tourguide (Yvan)! Wir waren fünf Teilnehmer und haben uns dort vor Ort kennengelernt. Den ersten Tag verbringt man in der Salzwüste, welches wirklich wunderschön ist! Unser Tourguide hat zudem viele schöne und auch lustige Bilder gemacht, sodass wir für immer eine schöne Erinnerung an den Tag haben werden. Die Nacht haben wir in einem Salthotel geschlafen und waren positiv überrascht! Es hat zwar keine 30 Grad aber mit zwei Pullovern und dem Schlafsack schläft es sich sehr gut. Am zweiten Tag ging es dann weiter. Auf der Fahrt haben wir oft gehalten und uns die unterschiedlichsten Dinge angeschaut. Die Fahrt ist zwar etwas länger aber auch an sich ein Erlebnis, da man viele unterschiedliche Eindrücke von der Landschaft bekommt. Auf der Strecke hält man oft an, um sich die Landschaft anzusehen und der Tourguide erklärt viel. Am Abend war kam unser Highlight denn wir konnten in den Hot Springs sitzen und den Sternenhimmeln mit unzähligen Sternschnuppen anschauen. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Über den ganzen Trip hinweg wurden wir sehr gut bekocht und auch extra Wünsche wurden umgesetzt! Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass die drei Tage später ein Highligt der gesamten Reise waren und ich bzw. meine gesamte Gruppe kann die Tour nur weiterempfehlen.

Unforgettable trip to the Uyuni salt flats and more! My partner and I booked the trip a bit last minute but were blown away by how awesome the tour was! We only expected to see the salt flats but ended up seeing a range of lagoons, wildlife, and more!
Juan was our fabulous tour guide for the trip! He had lots of information to share about the places we visited, was incredibly creative with the salt flat photos, and made sure we all had the very best time.
I would highly recommend this tour and Juan!

The trip was amazing. Salar Uyuni is beautifull and there was enough time to make nice and funny pictures. Tourguide Eddy Rojas has many years of experience and has a lot of knowledge about nature. He also happens to be a very professional photographer and is willing to help everyone for the best pictures, he even brought things with him to make nice optical illusion photos. The accommodation to sleep is not the best, it is really really cold so bring warm clothing. The food is really tasteful and good. The hotspring is amazing! Eddy did pay a lot of attion about safety and taking good care of nature and us. He made the trip fun and really interesting. I would recommend this trip to anyone! (But bring warm clothing!)
