This tour service is HORRIBLE. They lied saying they were apart of our resort when they weren’t. They failed to pick our party up and denied giving us a refund. They we’re extremely aggressive and trying to force us to reschedule when we were incapable of doing so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This activity was not booked with our company (Sol Cana Tours). please say the name of the company that you booked with. if it had been with us we would have not hesitated in refunding you. we are flexible. so, please check well which company you booked that tour with.

My partner & I partook in the Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Adventure while recently visiting Punta Cana in mid-March, 2018, and being a big fan of the Catamaran, this was a "must do" for us.
The excursion was fun, we enjoyed a nice sail to the natural pool, and cocktails along the way, and prior to hitting the natural pool, we stopped off at a location where those who were interested in doing some snorkeling, could get into the water & enjoy that for a while.
The Captain & crew were friendly & engaging, & made us feel welcome, and the value for the money spent (in our opinion) was well worth it. I would very much recommend taking this Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Adventure excursion if you are visiting Punta Cana, as the cruise and sights along the way are enjoyable and relaxing.

This was put on by Sol Cana Tours and to begin with the bus ride to and from the place of departure was to be an hour 1/2 each way. We were on the bus almost 5 hours total, so they down right lied about that. The ride to the island on the speed boat was fine but coming back on the Catamaran was a nightmare. They played awful music for the 1.5 hours so loud you could not have a conversation. They refused to turn it down when we requested and even turned it up louder. Both my husband and I had terrible headaches. I don't believe many people were having fun on this trip.The lunch at the island was mediocre at best with warm drinks(no ice). Max the guide treated and herded us like children telling us when to go to the bathroom, not there are bathrooms available here if you would like to use them, when to wash our feet etc. The trip was all about trying to have us spend money ie:taking our pictures and putting it on a rum bottle and "charging us a great price". Max clearly got a cut from that. We could not wait to get back to our resort. It was by far the worst day we have ever had on any vacation ever.
