The resort is gorgeous. Powder white sand. The maid service is punctual and very good. The food is very good, especially the pasta cook. The drinks are good. We were especially pleased with the Guest Service office who helped clear up a couple of travel issues not directly associated with the resort--above and beyond. I have visited other all-inclusive resort in the area and this is tops. I highly recommend it.

I was unsure of the ease of getting transport to/from the airport and was glad to get connected with Julio and this company. He texted me within an hour or so of my request and everything got set up right away. When I arrived at the airport, Isabelle was easy to find with her sign and I even got a beer for the ride over. The van had no issues getting through resort security so drop off was very straightforward. I got a text from Julio the day before my flight and someone came out to the lobby to find me with a sign at the agreed upon time (earlier, even). Overall incredibly smooth and reliable—I would recommend instantly! It would definitely be better split between more people (max 6 in the van) but very easily done as a solo pick up as well.

We booked the transfer to/fro from the airport and vice versa. Our driver Alex was absolutely amazing and provided great advice about Punta Cana, can’t wait to come back.

At first when arriving to Punta Cana Airport. I didn’t see the driver with my name . After 10 minutes and asking a lady that was doing transportation for help I finally found the driver. He didn’t have my name in a sign but he did say my name out loud. The driver was very kind, friendly and funny. He even helped us with the luggage’s. My return from the hotel to the airport was actually one of the best funniest ride to the airport. My driver was Carlos. He was amazing, extremely polite, very funny, helpful and friendly. He made us feel safe and comfortable. I definitely would recommend Carlos to anyone.

Punta Cana Transfer is by far the best transfer service we have ever used, anywhere! Their communication is excellent! I never had to guess about anything. Drivers are polite, professional and always on time. They have your name on an iPad in large letters when you arrive and when they pick you up upon return. Very easy to see.
Booking online was very easy, and Julio reached out to us right away with clear instructions on everything. We will never use any transfer service but Punta Cana Transfer! They are the best by far!!!

Great experience, start to finish! The driver communicated with us over text, giving instructions on when he'll be arriving and what to expect at the airport. They made it simple, quick, and easy to get to/from the resort/airport.

Best decision I made going with Punta Cana Transfer! Prior to booking with them I already had a transfer service booked through my Chase travel rewards program. I was given information about this other company and attempted to contact them several times in the week prior to our family trip to confirm pick up via phone and email, but no response. I cancelled it and came across Punta Cana transfer and contacted Julio and his team. His website was easy to use, pricing was equivalent to that of my chase rewards program, and any requests I needed (like car seats) were all done in a quick and timely manner.
As we all know flying can be exhausting especially when connecting flights are involved. Julio and I were able to easily message each other via WhatsApp incase of any delays or if we got out the airport early. And every reply he would say is that a driver will be there waiting for you with your name so you can easily spot him. And after getting our luggage, going through customs and so on, the peace of mind that our driver was right there as we exited the airport made the trip a lot less stressful and I was ready to start our family vacation.
Francis picked us up from the airport and David picked us up on our return date from the airport and both were great, on time and very helpful with all the luggage and made sure we had the car seats. The next time we’re in Punta Cana we’ll be sure to go with Punta Cana transfer again.
Any question I had was all answered in a timely fashion with Julio and his team. I would recommend them on your next trip to Punta Cana, especially if you want a private transfer.
