Pass did not work at the New Acropolis Museum tried two different days after contacting sellers. Their answer was it should have try it again.

The Turbopass worked perfectly for us. I was a bit nervous with the negative reviews but we had absolutely no issues or problems. We printed out both our Acropolis passes and our City passes and took them with us to use at the different sites. I believe those who have problems are not using the correct ticket at the correct sites. My advice would be to just take both tickets with you and you should be fine. People need to be better at reading the information and instructions that you send with the tickets! It was a great value and experience for us.

Complete rubbish. Acropolis museum did not accept pass. Place where you have to pick up transportation pass is either closed or on strike or not available.

We erected in a big group of 10 people . We really went through the bad reviews only after buying the ticker of almost £1600 ( 3 family- Athens city pass - acropolis combo pack - island day tour) . As the cancellation is not possible or big loss we took the risk of going ahead of us . In my experience what ever bad reviews I read are not wrong . Just a misinterpretation or someone must not read each instruction throughly . Please read the information on the voucher you receive with booking . Let me write my experience one by one so they it will be helpful for future. Pls buy the ticket without hesitation and it is much safe and everywhere recognised in Athens.
My experience-
1. Sometime no email confirmation received. Pls check the my booking information of your turbo pass account you used during booking.
2. Pls don’t buy the travel ticket from turbo pass . Get is from any metro place - 8.20 euros for 5 day
3. Literally no queue up in acropolis or museum ( with little kid as well ) . Just walk to the gate and don’t forget to take the Acropolis combo tickets from the mail u receive during booking . Basically u get one voucher email and one combo ticket email for each person in the party .
4. You have all information to catch the city bus including details of the help from the yellow scarf guide . It’s a yellow bus by grey line company . It’s everywhere wherever the big bus company is there . Use it to go to beach and spa lake .
5. Day tour to island - as soon as you send your mail to the ferry for booking . You will get a fast confirmation . The bus came to our hotel in time . The ferry timing was also awesome. No complain at all .

DO NOT BUY THIS PASS.
We bought four all inclusive pass for Athens. It was anything but all inclusive. We wanted to see Acpropolis Museum and the National Archeological Museum., both were not included.
There website is misleading, it shows the picture of the Acropolis Museum, but when you get the pass, it does not include it.
They are cheats.

Dear client,
we are sorry to hear that things didn’t go as planned in Athens.
The Athen City Pass includes more than 20 top attractions and one of them is the famous new Acropolis Museum, like described on Viator homepage. The National Archeological Museum is one of the museums is not included yet, also not mentioned on City Pass description page by Viator.
When you received your City Pass by e-mail, on the City Pass attachment there is an overview about all included attractions, including address and opening times information in forehand for you.
We are sorry for the inconvience and grateful for your feedback, that we can clarify your issue.

Vorsicht sehr hohe Stornierungsgebühr von 30,00 € pro Pass. Wenn überhaupt, erst buchen, wenn man vor Ort ist.

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten und verstehen die Frustration die Dir durch den Flugstreik entstanden sind.
Unsere Stornierungsregelung ist bis 24 Std vor Abreise kostenlos, unter 24 Stunden sind die Tickets nicht mehr erstattbar . Der City Pass ist zudem ab Kauf 12 Monate gültig und aktiviert sich erst ab dem ersten Scan.
Die Kulanzreglung mit 30 € pro Pass wurde somit vereinbart. Wir hoffen, das diese Informationen weiterhelfen.
Gerne stehen wir Dir jederzeit bei weiteren Fragen zur Verfügung.

This pass is not user friendly....When you receive your email with your ticket...There is QR code and two other tickets. It gets to be confusing on which one is the one to us. At the Acropolis museum they used one and at the other sites the other. The QR code was for the bus I believe. We were 8 of us and someone did not have easy access to their tickets neither to the Turbo pass website (no data plan), so here we are creating a hot spot to retrieve the right ticket, right beside the ticket booth at the Acropolis. No fun.... That is something that should be explained. The hop on hop of is another story. Athens is a very busy city with lots of traffic, those bus drivers do their best, but they are quite often not on schedule. You need to have time in your hands. And check when the last bus is! Would not buy a Turbo pass again.

Achat en ligne simple. Le billet avec l'acropole est reçu qq jours avant la visite seulement. On a pris la croisière avec et franchement c'est trop rapide pour faire 3 iles. Pas le temps de profiter d'aucune des trois donc je ne le conseille pas même si c'est joli. Un peu l'usine sur le bateau.
Par contre grosse anarque sur les bus jaunes : pour le tour en ville ca va mais pour les plages : le bus ne marque pas l'arret à Intercontinental/Grand Hyatt et les délais sont longs, très très longs alors que les bus rouges passent sans aucun souci très régulièrement.
Pas surs qu'au final ca vaille le coup
Par contre grosse anarque sur les bus jaunes : pour le tour en ville ca va mais pour les plages : le bus ne marque pas l'arret à Intercontinental/Grand Hyatt et les délais sont longs, très très longs alors que les bus rouges passent sans aucun souci très régulièrement.

Do not buy. First of all we had to contact the company to email us our passes. If you have teens or children and buy the under 18 passes you will have to pay at the sites that are supposed to be included. The hop on hop off does not give you headphones, they are always late, they are hot as hell….no a/c and some don’t have wifi as advertised. This was a complete waste of money and we had to take cabs because the hop on hop off bus never showed. I’ve asked for a refund…we’ll see what happens. You’re better off paying at the sites and doing the red hop on bus which appears to run on time. Gray line=huge mistake. If I could rate this a zero I would.

We were there on the 4th of Feb. With the printout of the city pass in hand, we reach the entrance of the Acropolis and show our printout. The lady at the ticket counter looks annoyed and mumble something that this is not a ticket. So we walk back to the bus station and approach the staff in yellow jacket which is company's colour code and also the bus colour is in yellow. We told the staff that we need to enter the Acropolis and where can we get the ticket. He looks uncertain of our simple English and he proceeds to print 2 printouts from his portable printer hanging from his neck. And pass it to us. So we happily walk back to the Acropolis only to be rebuked by the ticketing staff that it is not the ticket. We were dismay. We then just buy the entrance ticket as we don't want any more hassle. Talk about free entry.. That's not the end. Our printout also stated we are entitled free entry to the Temple of Zeus. So we proceed to the temple and we show the small printout that the yellow jacket staff has given us. Again we got rejected. Little did we know that actually that is a bus ticket!! We then look for the yellow jacket staff again to tell him our plight. He claim that he did not know and he is new on the job. So he approached his fellow colleague another bus approach and straight away the other guy bluntly tell us that we are not entitle to the free entry without checking our passes!! We walk off knowing that it's no use arguing with these people. On our 3rd last day, we decided to take a round trip on one of the Riveria Line. When the bus arrived to pick us up, his face was so black and stern, we felt better off taking the metro subway. Overall, I would not recommend this bus service. We saw there are different bus operating. One is blue in colour, one is red, and the one we take is yellow. Maybe the other bus service is better? We do not know. Just avoid the yellow one.
