Almost great again apart from the transfers

We have been using Traventuria for ski hire, storage and transfers for over 10 years and have always had a great experience at a competitive price. This year the only issue we had were the fixed transfer times to/from the airport which meant we had to wait around. We struggled to get a return transfer that suited us so we went to a competitor who in the end was actually over 10% cheaper than Traventuria and very timely and professional. Everything else was great.

Excellent friendly service, great equipment and very well located.
Excellent service. Staff were so helpful and friendly. So good having a locker to keep your stuff during the day and overnight. It also dried ski boots gloves ext. overnight. Really helpful that it opens at 7.30. And very well located for gondola. We paid for first season equipment and it is the best ski equipment we have had in the 4 times we have been to Bansko. Would highly recommend and will certainly be a returning customer. I also used this company for skiing just before the pandemic and they were excellent in arrange refunds ext.

Very convenient, fast and great service.

Traventuria were amazing in providing our skis and boots early in the morning on the day we wanted to ski. They were super quick and excellent service that they can provide the pre-paid ski pass which saves having to wait in the queue as well. Amazing service, very convenient and would highly recommend.

Great service from the Traventuria team

Skied in Bansko for the past few days and whilst the snow wasn't great the customer service and equipment were excellent. George and Nicky were fantastic but the whole team are brilliant. Would gladly recommend to others.

Excellent and well streamlined service.

We rented for 4 people (ski equipment and lift passes for 3 x days). We went the day prior to get our equipment and locker. They are based very close to the Gondola. The service really was excellent and well-streamlined. We were in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Good services , I recommend them

We rented equipment for a family of 4, and 2 lockers. Good equipment, friendly and smiley staff. Close to Bansko cabin lift, lockers available and not crowded.

Great service

Friendly and efficient service provided by the team at Traventuria. We were able to hire skis, boots and helmets and leave them in convenient lockers close to the gondola. Our ski passes were also waiting for us on our arrival. Return of equipment on our last day was also very straightforward. Thank you.

Amazing service and helpful friendly attentive staff!

All the staff at Traventuria were so so helpful and we had such an extremely helpful experience. Special mention to Chris but I have to say our family we welcomed by all your whole team, thank you for letting us switch over for our last day to snowboards.
Value for money was great!

Premium and well-organised ski/snowboard hire in a convenient location

The Traventuria ski rental shop is close to the bottom of the main gondola lift in Bansko. It offers a wide range of equipment, including specialist kit (e.g. ski touring), the condition of which is good. The staff are friendly and helpful and run a very well-organised and efficient operation. Very different to many chaotic hire shops! Upstairs they have many lockers, for storage of equipment for those staying a long way from the lifts. Highly recommended.

Second time using traventuria for ski, boot and helmet hire, as well as transfers and ski passes. Would definitely book with them again as couldnt fault anything. Even got a brand new pair of skis!
