Outstanding Jordanian Experience with Trip500

After reaching out to six different tour companies in Jordan, I chose Trip500 due to their comprehensive plan, perfectly tailored to the sites we wanted to visit. Khalid was always available via email and WhatsApp, promptly answering our questions to help with our planning.

Upon arrival at the airport, we received special assistance even before reaching immigration. Mahmoud greeted us warmly and smoothly coordinated our entry through immigration. He then introduced us to our assigned driver for the entire 6-day trip, Jay, whom we affectionately called “Grandpa” due to the fantastic experience he provided. Jay offered us a truly personalized experience, transporting us in a private vehicle and looking out for us like family. He was attentive to every detail, suggesting the best activities, working around our schedule, and sharing insightful recommendations about each location. We especially appreciated that he, like us, loved animals and was passionate about sharing his country’s culture.

Since we’re lovers of outdoor activities, we enjoyed a variety of experiences, including hiking, sandboarding, diving, and camel riding, which added to the adventure and gave us a deeper connection with Jordan’s natural beauty.

The hotel selection was fantastic. With over 15 years in the Marriott chain, I was genuinely impressed. The 5-star hotels provided exceptional service, and most days included both breakfast and dinner. Highlights included a magical night at the UFO camp in Wadi Rum, the spectacular Petra guesthouse with a well-equipped gym, and the luxurious resort in Aqaba with its beachfront view of the Dead Sea and a large spa, which we enjoyed for just an additional 10 Jordanian dinars. The service and dining experience at these places were among the best of our trip.

During our tour, we visited Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, Wadi Al Mujib, Aqaba, the Dead Sea, and more. On our departure day, all flights with connections through Turkey were canceled. Jay kindly offered us a stay at his home while we arranged another flight. Fortunately, we managed to book a flight later in the day, and Jay dropped us off at the airport.

This was a wonderful experience, and we’re left with cherished memories, especially of “Grandpa,” who is truly a great person. I highly recommend requesting his assistance on your trip to see Jordan as we did. Jordan is a country of incredibly friendly people, and despite being in a region with some conflicts, we found it completely safe and welcoming.

Jordan vacation

I've done a 5 days trip to Jordan, visiting Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, the Drad Sea and few more place with Trip500. Mr Khalid and all his tram where very supportive and helpful on all my enquires and needs.
Sure will be back to Jordan and will do my tours with them again.

Amman city tour,Deadsea,Baptismal site,Mt.Nebo,Petra and Wadi Ram.

Trip 500 is really giving us the VIP treatment,started from the airport up to the time the y send us to our designated hotel.it is really very convenient to avail they package because they will arrange everything for you.The driver that was with us is excellent,kind courteous,informative with good sense of humor which we didn’t feel bored during the time that we are traveling.Definitely I will recommend this to all of my friend who loves to travel.Thanks guys and good luck

W e are having a great time while in Jordan with our tour guide/driver . He’s so friendly, kind,informative,jolly with good sense of humor. Most of the places we able to visit, we enjoyed the foods, cultures and views though we only have 4 days being here. Memorable memories with Petra, the lost world! Definitely i will recommended to my friends! Thank you!!

Amazing Jordan!

Jordan, Jordan.. what a magical place!!
We had the best weekend in Aqaba, Wadi rum and Petra (We even got lucky enough to see snow in thr desert)! All thanks to our amazing agent - Rafat, who took care of absolutely EVERYTHING! He arranged all the big and small details so we wouldn't worry about a thing, just enjoy the country, its landscapes and history. The people, guides, drivers, hosts, every person we met on out short trip, were kind and welcoming. We will defenetly come back again (through Rafat, of course) to explore this beautiful country more!!🧡🧡🧡🧡
