We'd used Kelly Tours for past trips, pre-pandemic. I contacted him a month in advance via email and he got right back to me with the information about transfers for multiple groups of people.
The prices were excellent, and Kelly contacted me the night before arrival to finalize everything, as well as making sure everything went okay after the tranfers had been complete. The people in our group left at scattered times throughout the week, and most used Kelly tours -- all were perfectly timed and professional with clean, air conditioned vehicles.
There was one moment it got a little chaotic at the airport on arrival and one bag almost got left behind, but it was taken care of quickly and an apology was given -- just make sure you have all your bags before you walk away to avoid a hassle. That group was 11 people, so there were a lot of people with a lot of luggage, and we just wanted to get to the resort at that point!
If you're not a Spanish-speaker, it's best to have your translator app ready when you get to the people with your sign. They speak just enough English, but the app will be your best friend in avoiding hassles.

Booked these via WhatsApp for Wednesday pick up. Everything was confirmed for our pick up at 2.45pm. We rang not long after this time, only to be told they forgot and couldn't get to us. Giving the fact we were 45 minutes away from the airport this left us in a panic to get an alternative transfer immediately. As a result im sure you can see our frustration and situation we were left in. I'd like to add that they did pick us up for our transfer to the hotel in arrival with no issues, however giving the fact they were a no show on return, leaves us with no choice but to give 1 star.

We have used Kelly's tour for VIP fast track arrival and also private transfer a Hotel (round-trip) at PUJ on March 25th. Payment via paypal (easy , fast, secure).
-VIP arrival (Fast track),it was a bit slow..we had to wait under the Plane's wing (shaded area) until a golf cart got there, we were escorted to the VIP lounge, took our passports , vaccination's cards, Eticket(arrival), about 10 mins later , a young man came back with our luggages&documents, within 20 mins we were in front of the airport , the staff was waiting with a sparkling wine, while waiting, (wait was about 30 minutes) way too long...Kelly showed up himself...then we got in the SUV and rushed to the hotel (took about 20 mins to get there) . Very Expensive (260$ for the fast track and 200$ for the transfer to the hotel) .
Departure was April 3rd..in the communication, it was said that the driver was to be at the hotel at 11h30 the latest (bording at 2h30 PM) but in the communication we had the evening before , one of the rep. told me that a driver would be there at 12h40 PM...very stressful...after arguing. I sent her a copy of the documents.. then she said someone will be there at 11h30.
Transfer,:a driver was at the hotel at 11h30, and he drove us in a hurry (all Dominicans drive like crazy) but this one drove like a F1 driver, we got to the airport way before time..we use the VIP lounge a couple hours.
-Positives: Fast reply, Coupon Kelly15
-Negatives: Mixed in time (very late), The price (too expensive)

Our flight to Punta Cana was delayed a bit, but I messaged them, yet we still waited in the heat for over 30 minutes for transport to arrive to take us to the hotel,
For our departure, our flight again was delayed, so I messaged them to get our pick up delayed, they changed it by 2 hours, too late, I messaged back, give me 5 minutes, took 20 minutes, gave us a pick up time, when after 20 more minutes they were not there, I messaged again, said they would call the driver,
I saw a Kelly tours driver in our lobby picking up another group and sked him to check,
turns out our driver was on time, but took anther family,
If we hadn't asked, we would have sat for another 30 minutes waiting, no apologies, just glad it worked out , which it really didn't as the vehicle was too small for our group of 7, he had spare car seat we did not need and had to put some luggage in front seat.
This is second time we have used them and had problems and delays the first time,
we will try another transport company for our next trip.
