We are senior citizen couple and had a very amazing experience. We enjoyed polite and warm hospitality from Mr. Omnath of Journey Hilanders through out our tour of Bhutan. During our stays at Thimpu, paro and Punakha, Mr. Omnath was giving Personal attention. He had given us very reach properties at all the stations and highly comfortable conveyance with humble driver come guide
added icing on the cake. I wish to visit Bhutan once again with Journey Hilanders just because of Mr. Omnath.

This is a place for detoxification of mind & soul and journey highlanders made it best possible way... Omnath helped us proper information so tat we cud ask for customised package like places to visit and hotels to stay...Buthan overall is very quiet, peaceful, pleasent place. You will amazed to see people living in traditional lifestyle. Anyone can instantly fall in love with the culture.
Let me review travel agent as pros and cons..
Pros...
1) People are genuinely sweet and soft in nature. They r not very perticular abt money.
2) Very punctual
3) The driver we got seems to be a not regular one...but he got decent knowledge abt the place.
4) They provided SUV for 2 people which is nice.
Cons...
1) There was some confusion regarding hotels that was committed and hotels we got, but the changed hotels was also good.
2) The driver is abit lazy he was not showing around the place and we had to request him some times to take pictures... maybe bcoz he was not regular drive...
Overall I rate 4 out of 5 for the services of the highlander. The place got some magic which will call u back for more.
