Hello Michel, Thanks for sharing feedback but you have never booked any tours with us neither used any tours from Green Era Travel. To leave a negative review on a company listing that we never provided any tours is very inappropriate and even if we contacted you many times but you never replied us as it would be good if we are able to talk to you to clarify on this issue to avoid of miss leading other travelers seeing our tour. Leaving a negative review like you did on us has 2 things, 1st you are hired to attack us for some reasons, 2nd you did it mistakenly. It would be great if you could contact us back after seeing this message again from us, so we together can share experience to other travelers seeing best part of Sihanoukville in Cambodia. By the way, as i understand your comments is that you were a backpacker traveler and traveled on your own to Sihanoukville who did not know where best part of this town is and experience Cambodia in a best way. I have been working more than 15 years with international company and Sihanoukville is my hometown, so i know it like the back of my hand and that we know where to take our customers to see best part of this town and experience Cambodia while they are here just a quick embarkation by cruise. Why not just get off from the cruise and experience Cambodia while they are here already. I do agree that some parts of my town now is under develop and that causes some negative impacts but why you should complaint about it while it will be ready and provide more facilities to local and international tourists and its country. So you should be happy for Cambodian people while they live in a poor country a long time. Really hope that it is clear, otherwise free to contact me anytime.
