It was a good little getaway for cheep and it was planed last minute so very good. The phone representative was very informative and helpful and supportive.

We had a good experience on these Swan boats during our stay at the Hyatt. We didn't have to pay for the tour and was able to go for free because of staying at the hotel.
We had 2 teens with us and they did all the paddling. It's a pretty big area that you can go in around the lagoon and it is very pretty there. We was just at sundown and we had the lights on the boats and was really pretty.
It makes for a great hour or so and gives you something interesting to do in the area.

Employees obviously do not want to be there. After a long wait in line we were informed they would close early. When we asked about a refund he told us to check the app bc he had no idea. What a waste of our time and money.

The boats were fun for my family. The employees were not so friendly, also why do you keep the boats so far from the ticketing and life jackets. You need to walk back and forth for absolutely no reason

We had a lot of fun pedaling around and looking at Christmas lights! The park surrounding is peaceful and well cared for.

Booked this about a month or so ago for our honeymoon this past weekend. Paid an Uber, Got there at 4:45 pm for our 5 pm slot (as told) and was told it had closed due to ‘high wind’ (light breeze), we should have received a cancellation email (we did not) and to come back when they open at 6:45 pm. We walked around for over an hour and eventually got some food, ready for our 6:45 pm trip, only to be told that they do not refund or reschedule. Absolute BS, do not waste your money on this. We were so excited.

Took my 9 and 13 yr old and it was very sweet. We went around 7. Not too many people and friendly staff. Very quaint experience.

I'm glad we experienced it, we come from the city so we don't have anything like this. It's cuter at night because the swan lights glow. The only reason why it wasn't all I thought it would be, is because of the wind. My child and I weren't strong enough to paddle through the current. It kept pushing us into rocks. We had to call the dock to help us out. Very nice employees from Hyatt security guy to the employees at the dock.
