My mom and I went snowshoeing together and had Dayna as our tour guide. We really enjoyed the scenic trail Dayna took us through, and I found Dayna to be a lively and talkative person. I got to know a lot about Dayna during our two-hour tour. My mom and I also liked that we were the only two on our tour as we completed the tour on Christmas Eve.
I paid for both of us, and I like that the snowshoe and snowshoe pole rentals came with the snowshoe tour fee since that helped me save money.

Really simple process to rent equipment, we rented snowshoes for two adults and one 3yo. They showed us how to use them, how to get to the trails and were very accommodating. Highly recommend and we’ll try cross country skiing next.

I booked a snowshoeing and stargazing tour for my friend and I upon our arrival in Kananaskis Country. It was cold, but we ended up being the only two people with our guide, Dana, who was the loveliest person to guide us through the quiet woods of Kananaskis. To say this was a beautiful, serene experience is to not use every single grand adjective that exists in the world to describe it. It was calm, gorgeous, stunning; everything you hope for in a winter wonderland. Dana was so lovely and enthusiastic about everything and shared so many great details about the area. She also shared hot cider while we stopped in a meadow to marvel at the moon lighting the perfect snow-covered trees all around us. I could’ve stayed in that meadow forever, save for the lack of heat as an assist. Truly a beautiful experience for our first night of vacation.

First time doing snowshoeing with my family in Kananaskis. The Kananaskis Outfitter is just right in front of the hotel we stayed, the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. It’s a really fun and awesome experience for my family, including my six year old daughter. Our guide Clod has led us on a few trails in the area, introducing the history and the nature. The hot apple cider he brought along is soo heartwarming and yummy. The 2 hour hiking in snow is really fun.

Enjoyed the tour very much. Kids (12 and 10) were able to keep up. Two hour tour, 4 km through the spring snow, and some hot apple cider and snacks at the halfway point!

Excellent experience. The rental snowshoes were in perfect condition and the price of a full day rental was very reasonable. The advice on snowshoe trails in Kananaskis was very helpful. We ended up at a beautiful location that was suitable for our fitness level that we would not have chosen on our own. Covid precautions were in place and being followed by the employees. Rental equipment returns were being sanitized.

Excellent!!! Equipments was well maintain and good quality and waiting us already when I arrived. All team so friendly. Dana was amazing guide. Her knowledge about area, nature, etc. perfect!

My wife purchased me a 2 hour snowshoeing experience and we went on January 30th, 2021. The experience was top shelf from the time we entered the shop until we got back 2.5 hours later. Our guide Tyler was incredible with tips, local knowledge and experience that made the morning unforgettable. Also a must is the curry beef grilled cheese when you get back. I look forward to getting out again in the near future.
