Had a great morning ride along the Monterey coast with our tour guide Vic, who was so friendly and knowledgeable! The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended 😊

Ben was a great guide. He set an easy pace. Great for all levels of fitness. Just use the throttle if you need to! Bike was comfortable and had bags on the sides to store stuff

We had a great morning 16 mile ride with Ben as our tour guide. Ben was great! We kept a great pace, made frequent stops to take in a lot of breathtaking views and saw a bit (not “tons”) of wildlife. We had a chance to take a break at Pebble Beach to grab a coffee, shop and explore the course area/clubhouse, which as golfers, we loved! I highly recommend doing the e-bike over driving for a fun experience. Good for all ages and levels of experience on bikes. Be sure to dress warmer (in layers) for the chilly days. When on an e-bike the wind will make it much more breezy and colder. However, they do have gloves for you onsite to borrow if you forget yours. They also provide you with snacks and water to take with you before you leave for the ride. Great operation!!

Did the 17-mile e-bike tour on a girls' weekend to Monterey and it was a BLAST. I'm not a naturally adventurous person and was a little nervous about the roads/safety, but our tour guide Flo was a great leader and I felt totally safe. We saw otters in the bay, learned about local climate and nature, and saw so much of the coastline. You do not need to be a fan of biking or outdoor adventuring to enjoy this special way to see a beautiful part of CA!

Guide Jonathan was very entertaining, with lots of interesting facts and stories along the way. After I fell when another biker cut me off, he took care of my scrapes and scratches. He does need to keep the group together rather than letting it get too stretched out. Overall, a great experience and beautiful views.

Booked a 2.5 hour e-bike 17-mile Drive tour and it was worth every penny. The views and landscape was incredible and reminded me just how lucky I am to live in California where I can access so much natural beauty within a few hours. Jonathan was a fantastic guide, I loved how knowledgeable he was about the history of the area (to be expected since he's a local native). I would do this tour again in a heartbeat and plan on bringing a couple of friends I know would love the experience.

Very enjoyable ride with several stops along the way at points of interest. The instructions on how to operate the e-bike along with practice session were very helpful.

The 17 mile drive was not open and we biked on the old 17 mile Highway back to Monterey. Though the guide was well informed and we saw the sea lions in Monterey and the memorial to John Denver, I was disappointed that, as advertised, the bike ride was not on the 17 mile drive as I has wanted to ride that. I am sure it was not his fault, but I had already seen the Old Fisherman's Wharf and the touristy areas of Cannery Row.

Our first E-bike tour did not disappoint. Flo, our guide was excellent, the bikes easy to learn/ride, and the route (17 mile drive) breathtaking! We had a range of ages and fitness levels but all were able to keep up and have fun.

Yes, unless it’s raining heavily, Big Sur Adventures is open daily. . . year round.
Do you have an infant seat for a 9 month old?

The youngest we can legally accommodate is 1-year-old. We have enclosed trailers that tow behind the bikes for them.
How far is your shop from were the cruise ships dock? Are you with in walking distance?

Big Sur Adventures is about a 10 minute walk from the Aquarium, on Ocean View Blvd. It's also a short walk to the Cannery Row area. There are many shops and eateries in the area. Parking in that area is tricky, so taking an Uber may be a good idea. I highly recommend this activity. I enjoyed it very much.
