- Coastal206604884570 条分享rude staff and fraudulent informationTwo stars only for of the lovely dolphins we saw. Our captain is rude and I feel he’s quite a RACIST as well. We paid $60 each and I didn’t expect for this shit. Also, the cruise ended in a hurry for only about 2 hours instead of 3 hours as they declared on their website, which makes your ticket even worthless. So if you are looking for whale watching or other onboard activities, perhaps you should look somewhere else like Airbnb experiences (not an ad just as a reminder that you do have other choices). Was amazing and the crew was fantastic ! We didn’t get to see any whales but we managed to see a bottle nose and risso dolphins, and some sea lions.

Great experience overall. We did the VIP experience and it was worth it if you plan on getting a drink. Kayla and Bryce were the crew and they did a fantastic job!
We saw a junior Humpback whale and a Grey whale while we were out. This was my first whale watching trip, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but seeing them in person was quite impressive. I'd definitely recommend anyone who hasn't gone to try it.

We had an excellent experience. Kaylin was a terrific captain and her mate Bryce was very helpful. We were lucky to see 2 gray whales and so many dolphins.

I would just like to say all the staff at Debbie’s in gillinham are amazing; this is a garden centre we visit very frequently and would like to praise mark the older gentleman that works there he was a credit to Debbie’s, such a great friendly and knowledgeable member of your team, well done Mark and thank you for helping us today

The captain did a great job finding us a Gray Whale! He had good info and we had a great time! Some of the office staff were a bit curt, but the whale made up for it!

Very pleasant boat ride, lots of amazing view of Newport Beach harbor. Serene feeling throughout, amazing nature.
Unfortunately did not encounter too much wild life, very quiet waters, just the universally present sea lions.
We were offered an opportunity to return and given vouchers.
The crew was super friendly and polite and the trip ran on time.
Was a nice ocean boat ride, but would be amazing if you encounter whales.

Tour done in 2 hours , instead of 2h30 , a school of dolphins sighted , and seals that you can find on foot , at the beacon on the entrance to the port
The name of the tour is “Whale tour” , although the nature is in its wild state and it may be hard to see these mammals, the least that would be to apologize and offer at least a partial refund of the service , which is impossible both by this company and viator
Even the coffee shops on board are charged!

Our tour got off to a little bit of a late start, but what a fantastic day it was! We had the perfect weather…calm, clear and sunny. Captain Larry was a great guide, throwing humor into the fun facts. He really made sure to find sea life for us. Although there were no whales, the dolphins more than made up for it. We were at the very front point, so watching the dolphins interact with the boat was amazing. Speaking from my own experience, we had the best time, even without the whales!
