We're so sorry about your seat. Was the tour guide unable to adjust it for you? Please let us know when you rode with us so that we can do another inspection of our bikes. We want to make sure all our riders are comfortable and safe.

When on vacation and expectations are not met it’s tremendously frustrating. Hello, Thanks for riding with us. We work hard to balance scenic riding with the tour. However, your point is well taken and we'll be sure to revisit how we manage certain parts of the tour for future rides. The earphones, while certainly a good idea, present a safety and liability issue, so we're afraid that suggestion will have to remain in our wish column.
