Poles broken and couldn’t ski for a day and then had to rent poles elsewhere. No reimbursement for broken pole.

My family (daughters 5 & 9) arrived in Breckenridge for a short ski trip. Tired of dealing with lugging everything out we opted to try out black tie ski delivery. The entire experince from start to finish was absolutley amazing. Ski's were top notch and in great condition. Not only was the gear delivered to our door right on time, we also got the insider edge on conditions and best places to ski. The only complaint I have is that I waited so long to use Black Tie....I will never go back to lugging ski gear out. For what you get with these guys I think it's an absolute bargain and would have happily paid double. Thanks to Black Tie for taking the ski trip experience to the next level!

I had 48 hours in Breckenridge with not a lot of time to waste picking up and facilitating rentals. My 7:30am delivery on Saturday morning showed up right on time (7:29am) and in 5 minutes I had my boots confirmed, bindings fitted and ski's ready to go for the next two days. I called when I was done skiing (had moved to a new location), and when they weren't available to pick the skis up right away (I probably should have called earlier) they told me to leave the equipment outside my unit if I went out and they came and picked them up hassle free. I never once had to go to a shop or anywhere out of my way to pick up or drop off my skis. I will use this service every time I am out West.
