The Downtown Denver Food Tour was our first food tour and we loved it! Our guide was Melissa and she has the perfect personality for her job. She has a great energy and she kept everyone in the group engaged in the conversation. My husband and I were in a group of six and it was really fun getting to chat with the others in our group. We learned all kinds of fun facts about the food, buildings, and about Denver. The food and the drinks all really were delicious. At Biker Jim’s I tried something that I never would have tried on my own. It was a jalapeño elk dog and it was sooo good. My husband’s favorite was the taco and margarita at Kachinas. It was so fun. We are going to try to make it to their ‘art and food’ tour sometime too.

We only had one day in Denver and hadn’t visited before, so wanted to hit the ground running. Having done a food tour in New York previously that we really enjoyed, we were so pleased to see that Denver had them too. Our tour guide Zach was fun, super knowledgeable and entertaining, taking us to places we wouldn’t have known about without his insider tips (including on how to get tickets for the baseball, which we did later on that day!). He also provided us with some recommendations at the end based on our favourite foods. My husband and I both loved it (and Denver!). Our group were also lovely and added to the fun - 3 hours flew by. Thank you Delicious Denver!

Melissa was the best tour guide! She was funny and knowledgeable about Denver and the restaurants we visited. I highly recommend this tour when in Denver.

We took the Downtown Denver Food Tour in early June and had a wonderful experience. There were eleven on our tour from all over the country and everyone was very friendly. We had five different tastings and all were unique and delicious. In addition to the great food and tour around downtown Denver, our tour guide Melissa was absolutely the very best. She was knowledgeable, articulate, professional and friendly. You could tell that she wanted all of us to have a great experience and we did. Thanks Melissa! If you are into food tours, I highly recommend this company.

My family and I did the downtown Denver food tour with Danny. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only was all of the food delicious, but Danny shared interesting information about Denver along the way. Also, Danny was able to give us many recommendations for places to try during the rest of our stay in town. I would highly recommend this tour.

Barry was organized and kept the group engaged with fun food and local facts! He was knowledgeable about the different food that we ate and the sights of downtown Denver. He worked hard to know his guests’ names! Very entertaining and worthwhile experience!

Zack the food guide was a very knowledgeable foodie with a great sense of humor. The restaurant choices were superb and provided a wonderful food cross section of downtown Denver. You will not regret this tour.

Our guide, Jess, was delightful. She gave us interesting facts about Denver and the places we visited. But she didn't overdo it to the point of being overbearing. Food was great, especially the pizza and green chili. All in all, a very delightful experience.

Food was hot and fresh. Diverse in flavors and drinks paired well together. Walking was not an issue at all and I have ankle issues.

You should definitely speak to the tour directly. Accommodations can be made, but based on where we went and what we ate, I am not sure that a GF option exists for several of those foods.

How far do you walk in total? 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles? Just curious...looking forward to spending time with you the 1st of February 2020 !!!

I think it was about 2 or 2.5 miles. We walked a little, stopped to learn about historical buildings and sights, had a bite to eat ( a few of the tastings were seated), and continued throughout the LODO (lower downtown) area like this for 3 hours. Didn't even seem like we walked that much because of all the tastings. BUNDLE UP and wear lots of layers in February..and warm socks! The tour is great: you'll learn a lot about Denver and have some amazing food.
