Best experience ever! Jen was super helpful on the phone explaining what options I had with a 17 and 18 year old. Same day appointment. Instructor onsite was super knowledgeable and fun. Gave great instructions. Reliable, fun and fast jet skis. Instructor took some amazing photos for us to remember our wonderful trip to Fort Lauderdale. Would 100% recommend!

Amazing First Time Experience!!!

This was our first time jet skiing and we could not have asked a better place to rent our jet skis. The prices were reasonable and from the very first phone call, they were extremely nice, attentive, and gave out very helpful advices/suggestions. When we got there, the process was seamless and we had a blast. Not going to lie, I struggled heavily at first with keeping stable but he immediately hopped on another jet ski to give me some really much needed pointers and I ended up having an amazing time with my girlfriend.

Worst experience ever.
There employee just trying to make bill bigger, which is not right. We just paid 370 without any reason.

To be clear to the reader, this customer crashed their jetski due to reckless driving causing front end fiber glass damage. It happened right in front of our dock in plain sight. We take pre walk around videos before every rental so there is no discrepancy if a jetski looks different upon return than when it leaves our dock. The $370 was the total cost of the rental ($150 + $220 damage cost) which was discounted to help the customer for his Birthday. It sucks when we try to help a customer yet still get the short end of the stick with a review like this.

Great jet ski experience

Great experience for my son and his girlfriend. Guy that checked them in and did all the safety guidelines was awesome. Really good guy. Super friendly and accommodating.

They loved cruising through the intracoastal. Nice jet skis too. Fast. Highly recommend.

Jon & his staff are always great - we use Jet Ski FL every time in Florida. Rented 4 Jet Ski's for a great hour of intercoastal fun. They also have great Segway tours as well!

Mixed Bag- READ MY POST BEFORE GOING!!!!

So first off service was impeccable. A few notes - there is valet only parking for 10$. Also they only allow you to ride on the canal about 3miles. There are many ‘wake zones’ where you can’t go over 5mph. Theres no going out into the ocean. If I had known that I honestly would not have gone. In the plus it was plenty for a nervous mother with a 17 yr old first time rider. Check the ages a person of a certain age needs to take a Florida boaters test
It’s 13$ and is done easily online.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear the service was impeccable! The 3 mile riding area we provide is almost double the distance than what the other jetski rental companies in Fort Lauderdale provide so please take that into consideration. As for the no wake zones, from the entire riding area they take up only about 20% which is mainly in the finger canals by the million dollar mansions. We provide a nice 2 mile stretch to go fast and test the power of our jetskis. Every weekend from 11/15- 4/1 we provide 2 hour ocean rides accompanied by an instructor. Must be 18 to rent and 16 to drive with a parent. Anyone driving whose born after 1987 needs to complete their test ahead of time and we provide the link upon making a reservation. With that being said we hope you reconsider the rating of your review. Rest assured we will continue looking for ways to improve our services. We hope to see you again next time!

Everything was great. John was really nice and gave great instructions. The jet skis were in good condition and the area was nice. This was my first experience with jet skis and I can say I would use this location time again and recommend to any listener.

Great time!!!

We had a BLAST!!! We seriously had so much fun!!! Highly recommend this company, only downside was they were running behind but other than that it was great!! I totally want to buy a jet ski now 🤣😂 thank you Shantel!!!
