Captain was very spirited and very knowledgeable of the area. The drinks were great! The cruise was just amazing. Sight seeing on this cruise is worth it!

Don’t expect to be treated well. I think all staff need reminding about customer care. Totally going through the motions…… It’s all about money. Stopping begging for tips would be a start.

Great way to see Miamis most exclusive and expensive houses! Tour guide was cool, fun & friendly and knowledgeable about the houses/area! All round good fun trip!

Perfect way to spend a cooler day. Boat it self isn't super fancy but great last minute activity. Yummy drinks, Funny tour guide and beautiful views.

It was a pleasant enough way to kill 90 minutes. I didn’t feel that I really learned much, we had maybe 6 or 7 mansions pointed out to us. Slightly dull to be honest but it was nice to be on the sea.

Boat had moulted bench seating around the outside of the top deck with plastic lawn furniture seats in the middle. Unless you got one of the seats around the outside it was very difficult to take pictures and the boat was quite crowded. I mean it got the job done but it wasn’t the best experience. Would highly recommend a tour of this sort but not with this company.

The tour itself was good with some beautiful views and sights. However the times are wrong, I was booked for 12pm there was no boat leaving at that time. They were half past the hour. They also ask you to arrive way before you need to. I found the guide ok but he tried to be funny with every word and he wasn't, I also found the celebrity house info quite underwhelming. Worst of all was the 10 minute speech at the end about tips. I found it very irritating and it made me not want to give a tip. The bartender took an eternity to make drinks. There was only about 5 people in front of me in the queue but it took over 20 minutes to get a drink.

Boat Ride 10/10, great vibe + great drinks. Trip was about an hour & 30 min total. Waited maybe 10 min before getting on boat which was nothing. Super friendly services very helpful.

1. Do we have to use the Big Bus ticket on the same day ?
2. can we take the bus from any bus stop location or a central location?

I drove to Miami and parked in a parking lot but Uber will work just as well to get To the boat tour. It is in a nice part

Hi, is there elevators to get to the starting point of the boat ? my dad has difficulty taking steps especially when there are lot of them

I don’t think so. I did not see any elevators. You may want to call Bayside tours directly. There usually has to be some sort of handicapped assistance

Really big. Two levels. Upper level is open air, with a cover for shade. However, I don’t think there is much seating. Lower part is enclosed with the bar inside and a few tables and chairs. Two restrooms.
