This is my second time taking a trip to key west wjth the same ferry, Manuel who is also the same driver who I honestly thought was awesome until July 4,23 the day I took a trip everything was great until it was time to get dropped off .. my pick up was at Clinton hotel and obviously the drop was suppose to be at Clinton hotel as well … well he decided he was going to drop us off at a different location and I stated this is not our drop off location , he then stated the roads are blocked off and the hotel is a five minute walk , having no choice I also stated we have no clue where to go plus our phones were dead because on the bus the charger plugs don’t work which I was not going to complain about but fast forward we get off the bus he tells us make a left and keep walking .. well that was a LIE. We were completely lost with no PHONES , we walked for about 15 minutes and finally went into a restaurant and bought food just so I could charge my phone so we could get directions , it said a whole ten minute walk so it took us 30 minutes just to get back with frustration and fear that we weren’t going to make it back .
Would I book again possibly if something gets changed with that because I don’t ever EVER want to experience that .. imagine being gone from 6 Am until 9:30 p.m and then have to walk and be lost and hot and no device to guide us , not the best feeling EVER .

Hello jecholiah, We apologize for the misfortunate and we value you as a costumer, please note that the city of Miami does close out certain roads sometimes and it is out of our hands. As for the charger this is the first time we have heard about this, we will look into the matter. If you choose to book with us again we hope your trip will be better. Booked through trip advisor and never showed up. Attempted to contact them through their listed phone number and sent them a message without response. Phone number stated they weren’t “accepting” calls at this time. Had to cancel last minute through Viator for a refund and get alternate transportation last minute.

Hello,Thank you for choosing Admiral Tours Miami we do apologize for your inconvenience, when making a reservation with viator and canceling a trip, the only way to change,cancel a reservation is to go through viator company its self , if you booked directly with us that would be a different story.
