The whole experience was very stressful logistically. It took a long time for us to check in and get to the jet skis which are parked in the middle of the bay, on a floating marina. The jet skis are trashed. Mine had low fuel and kept beeping all the time, which is kind of unnerving. The guiding consisted of going in a straight line under one bridge, hanging around in a small circle for a bit and coming back. Lots of waiting around for others. Couldn't really let her rip. I was hoping for a more tailored experience, showing us a few hidden pockets, etc. logistics of this place are terrible. They have a ton of throughput, so the experience suffers. They were nice people, but need help with operations.

We met at a dock and were taken through a scenic boat ride to where they had the jet skis. We didn’t go out to the open ocean but we did have a ton of space to jet ski around. There was a guide to ensure we met speed limits where it was required.

My second time with these guys. Love them! My go to whenever I hit Miami. A plus that they remembered us it feels like home lol

It was so much fun! Initially we needed to wait very long (about 20 mins) before the tour actually started (our tour guide disappeared and it was unclear where he'd went), but once we got out to the bay we got plenty of time on the jetskis, great instructions and even complementary photos taken for us (usually it costs 20 USD extra apparenty) because it was my boyfriend's birthday. Can recommend this!

Hello Wanja, yes I remember the situation. Even though we always tell our clients to be early because parking on Miami Beach could be busy or since they come from out of town they get a little bit lost, which was the case that day with clients from your same group, our Captain left for some minutes to go and bring them to the right place.
We don’t want anybody to miss on the great experience that is riding a jetski on the beautiful Miami waters.
I’m so glad you had fun and that we were able to make your boyfriends birthday a memorable one, that’s our number one goal

Boat was late for pickup, boat was dirty/ripped, a lot of confusion between the workers, didn’t start until almost 40 mins late.
Once out on the jet ski it was fun. It wasn’t exactly a tour, let really let you ride around wherever you wanted. If we had a higher expectation for an actual tour then I would technically give the review 2/5.

Good morning Mr. Robert, we do apologize for the confusion and the late start , we had a group of 13 jetskis before your reservation and it was a little difficult to have everyone back on time , besides that we are happy you had fun riding the jetski, that’s our number one priority that our clients have a great time.

This was our first time riding jet skis and it was great. Only reason for 4 stars is because we thought we would actually be doing a tour on the jet skis so that was kind of disappointing. Other than that, great skis and great staff. Would return

They went above and beyond what I expected. I looked at several other JetSki rental places and didn’t trust many of them because of their reviews. Wanted to leave my own review here as this was an amazing experience.

Hello I would maibe like to book this for me my doughter 18 and my son 14 to explorer miami beach by jetski on the 17.ore 18. ore 22. of april best in the morning to maibe get to see delfines. Can my son ride a jetski hiim selfe? Ore wiith me. Is the prise per person ore jetski? Its says 117 a hour to book but in the info it says 2 hours ? Thank you for letting me onow the best deal?
