Damien was a wonderful yoga instructor. He had a very calm, relaxing, and welcoming demeanor. His class was comprehensive yet offered something for all different skill levels. I felt much better afterwards physically and mentally. The setting was very beautiful and serene. I would definitely consider taking this class again the next time in Miami Beach!

Damien's yoga is definitely a more physical flow and vinyasa, but he corrects and walks you through everything bit by bit. I met other solo travelers and the most enjoyable part was chatting at the end! He is very friendly and knows quite a lot to share and engage with.

Thank you Damian Rudy for the yoga session this morning. Today was my first yoga experience. You were very patient with us and encouraged us to try more advanced levels IF we wanted to. The session helped me to ground and connect spiritually. Well done. My life is forever changed!

I went to 3 yoga classes with Damian during my week in Miami Beach. What a great way to start the day! I enjoyed the alternative positions for levels 1, 2 and 3. I love his calm, thoroughness and professionalism. I have had about 10 yoga teachers in the past, Damian knows his stuff!

Simply amazing! Damien was awesome! Very skilled, friendly, and calming. His class accommodates all levels and he makes everyone feel welcome. He came prepared with water, towels, and other light equipment you may need during the class. I was unfortunately unprepared, but he fixed that with no problem. I will totally do this again and I highly recommend it. It’s a great start to the day.

Yoga with Mia was a relaxing and joyful experience! My husband and I joined her yoga class and were very pleased and felt like our time was well spent. The day was lovely and the beach was relaxing and very clean. Loved the ocean sound in the background.

Damian Rudys is an amazing instructor, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the asanas we would be doing and took time for a meditation-led shavasana. He played calming music during the session and created a beautiful and calming atmosphere on a busy beach! I left the session completely relaxed even though I did work hard! 😌

Yoga with Damien at the beach was amazing.
It was a perfect mix of strength, stretching and relaxation. Everyone can join. Damien showed different variants for all levels. He‘s very sympathetic.
